1. Did you ever eat seitan for protein? The seitan I eat is 26g of protein per 100g. On top of a Huel protein shake (nutritionally complete), i've found it quite easy to meet protein needs. 2. In regards to the “brain fog”, did you ever try a creatine supplement? Did you address omega oils, i.e. taking a DHA algae-oil based supplement? 3. Thoughts on cellular agriculture/alt protein? Would you try lab-grown meat, animal-free dairy, air protein? Veganism will extend beyond any limitations of plant-based diets eventually.
Believe me, I did all the right things. Thank you for your comment. The main point of the video is to help people understand the importance of listening to your body when something needs to change.
Yes this is a processed diet that will ruin your digestion. I was vegan 3 years and it ruined me also. Lab grown meat has no immune system and it required they dump antibiotics into the fkesh slurry. Your best bet is Gras fed, pastured, wild- just like nature intended.
Good on you i only lastest 5 months before my regular exercise regime became impossible and i was consuming more protein plant based than before yet my body wouldn't perform no longer vegan it didn't suit me at all
It blows my mind that despite all the info, resources, products and food options available in 2023, intelligent people still-STILL-can’t figure out how to do a plant based diet.
I know plenty of people who did veganism “the right way”; eating absolutely no processed foods and spending all day every day obsessing over eating perfectly- their health was still in shambles. It doesn’t matter how “perfect” you do veganism, you will be deficient in many things.
@@arielharbour1095 that's really unhealthy behaviour- food is here to enjoy and no-one should be spending all their days obsessing over eating perfectly - because there's no such thing as perfect. I see nothing wrong with eating some processed foods either, obviously don't eat them all the time. I've been vegan for years and eat what I want, whenever I want but sadly not everyone has a good relationship with food.
@@teainortakoy Yes, exactly--someone obsessing over food constantly is probably suffering from an eating disorder, and it's not unheard of for people with eating disorders to mask it by going vegan,.
@@arielharbour1095 And I know plenty of people who flunked algebra--does that mean algebra doesn't work? No, it just means plenty of people suck at math. I've been fully plant based since 2009, and I know plenty of people who've been so for far longer, and we're all doing just fine.
Please understand that veganism is not a diet, it's a lifestyle. You don't just stop being vegan and then become vegan again multiple times. You were plant-based, which is fine. Also, it sounds like you were calorie restricting, not eating enough simple sugars and other carbohydrates, and probably dehydrated. Losing your period is a huge red flag for calorie restriction. If you weren't consuming at least 2200-2400 calories a day, you were restricting. I truly hope you feel better and good luck🙂
@@leas_lifestyle You didn't just insinuate it, you flat out said it. It's right there in your comment. Is there something wrong with your concentration?
So weird! Did you cook/fry your protein veggies to make it easier absorbable & did you take soybeans or soy milk? It’s a complete protein. Meaning you consumed to many incomplete plant protein & no complete protein.
I hope you actually go vegan and start eating enough calories and nutrients on a vegan lifestyle. It's not a diet, it's a lifestyle. It's about the animals, not you.
@@somnia3423 what would they say to that? Would they be happy to be killed? Is there truly a humane way to kill an innocent non-human animal who doesn't want to die for an unnecessary reason?
On your videos your hands are shaking and you look anemic. I would go see a doctor to check for any neurotic damage (maybe lack of b12?). Wish you the best
Thank you for watching! Let me know your thoughts below! 😀
I was vegan for 8 years....been eating animals for 8 months now 🙏

So an artificial diet is the best diet. Got it.

It's not veganism.
You are nt eating right on a plant based diet.
Find out.

Could also be due to a extremely low calorie & low plant calcium diet.
