Society has been programming humanity from a young age for generations to only use the mind and not the heart... only in the last 20 odd years has their become a real shift towards spirituality and the system has poo pood it as much as it can, they also use pharma to try and keep everyone subdued with unnecessary drugs also they have influenced government's to things like fluoride in our water and dental care... You were never vegan because to be vegan you were against commodification of animals. To commodify them means you were never about animal suffering over your own decisions. If your health suffered, it is because you were ineffective at conducting your life functionally well. Your life choices rob other creatures of their lives.

My journey, my journey, my journey, but what about the animals 😢
Veganism is simply the the doctor and that humans do not have a right to exploit animals.... It's not a diet. While it can affect the environment what we eat veganism is not about the environment. Environmental benefits are a positive externality. Health benefits can occur if you have a healthy plant based diet as a vegan. . but if you have a unhealthy plant-based diet then the opposite might occur... Sometimes people get sick and it has nothing to do with their diet and they blame it on their diet because they don't know better

It's not veganism. You are nt eating right on a plant based diet. Find out. I've been vegan 55 years in perfect heath
Another plant based poser. It's pretty dumb to say: 'I don't wanna eat fake meat' But instead you choose to eat dead corpses from another species, which are worst then fake meat, due to all hormones, antibiotics etc. The iron, well, could be easily fixed with an iron supplement pill! But yet, eating dead corpses is a better alternative... it makes no sense! Elen fisher is vegan and has 3 kids, unnatural vegan has 2 kids and plenty of vegan people got kids. Instead of making up excuses for eating cadaver of dead animal, would have been better to say that you didn't like the 'vegan' diet and that you wanted to go back to eating someone else's dead flesh! Instead of making this video and bla bla bla. You do u honey.

Good on you i only lastest 5 months before my regular exercise regime became impossible and i was consuming more protein plant based than before yet my body wouldn't perform no longer vegan it didn't suit me at all
do not go carni crazy or vegan crazy, body needs vitamins and cholestrol and b12 and also plant nutrients and also fruits...all these eating disordered youtubers (they are like zombies) spreading complete misinformation about other foods... what you need is fasting, eating local fresh food and some lactose free dairy some fresh meat(not too much) and lots of fruits and vegetables and some sourdough bread and rice thats it... also do allergy test and you are all set with 8 hrs sleep, fasting, fresh food and moderate activity(this covers entire youtube healthcare advises)
Veganism is the biggest danger to animals, humans and nature.

Just a tip I recently have been transitioning into raw vegan and Yahki awakened on youtube literally save my life
So weird! Did you cook/fry your protein veggies to make it easier absorbable & did you take soybeans or soy milk? It’s a complete protein. Meaning you consumed to many incomplete plant protein & no complete protein.
Could also be due to a extremely low calorie & low plant calcium diet.
Not weird at all, more like typical.

Thank you . I am a holistic advisor, offering trauma informed/ inner child healing yoga . One breath . One movement at a time. What you are saying is absolutely true. I often times have discussions with clients about getting to root cause, so they can live an optimal life free from stress, pain etc.

Hi Sara: Just stumbled upon your channel while learning more about empaths and realizing how to manage this new-found thing! Many things are only now making sense and am looking forward to your cookbook. I was born and raised in the SF Bay Area, and now reside a bit further north in a more rural remote county. My Dad grew up in Hawaii (Filipino), while my Mom grew up here in Lake County (Native American - Pomo). I am finding a second "repurposed" career based around on simply helping others. Am also considering going back to school to study Holistic Nutrition... Anyway, keep up your great passionate work! Peace... Matt
