In regards to the Buddy Lee rope: It comes with a 4mm cord, which is fine. But if you prefer the extra feedback of a 5mm cord like I do, the twist on ends will also accept a 5mm cord.
Hi Jude, I have to agree with you on the Rhythm Rope. I purchased it after viewing your original review and the subsequent "Top Jump Ropes" videos. Ryan was super responsive in answering my questions and shipped out the rope asap. I have been using the rope for the past 3 weeks and it is my favorite rope. It is smooth, lightweight and has great definitive feedback, no kinks, no rope stopping while turning fast. The first time I used it I completed 1700+ skips/jumps in the same time it would take me to complete 1200 skips/jumps with other ropes. I also got the discount using your code (Thanx!). In addition to the Rhythm Rope, I have the original 4mm Elite jump rope (when they were buyjumpropes), the 3mm version and the Gen 1 Crossrope system (1/4#, 1/2#, 1# and 2#) with the power handles and the light handles. The Rhythm Rope surpasses them all (yes, a bold statement but that is my opinion and for my body). Thanx again.
Thank you for sharing and for supporting the channel. I'm glad you're enjoying the Rhythm Rope and that you've tried many other ropes with an open mind. 💯🙏🏾
Just for the heck of it (Because I can't help myself!) I took the Elite SRS handles and installed a RX elite 2.6 oz. cable. It works great! You have to cut the cable ends to make it possible, but no big deal to do. I'mnot crazy about PVC ropes, but I love the Elite SRS handles, so this just gives me the best of two worlds! Nice freestyle handles, plus a no tangle 2.6 oz cable.
@@JumpRopeVeteranI read it was 3mm by some reviews, normally I’d think that would make it too fast, too light or have too little feedback for me as I normally workout with 5mm PVC.However everyone is saying it is great for a workout and has brilliant feedback in the handles probably because of the springs is this true? These statements make me interested in buying it even though I normally opt for 5-6mm thickness
Now, after seeing your praise for the Rythm Rope, I finally got one. With shipping and local taxes, it cost me 103$, I somehow expected an extra rope, but there were only one. I like the rope/cable - pretty much the same as CR Bolt - and I absolutely hate the handles. I did put some griptape on, that did help a bit. With the additional cost for grip tape, this is now my most expensive rope, more expensive than the CR get lean set. It took a month to arrive (it took less than a week for CR). Going back in time, would I purchease this rope? Nope.
I appreciate the video. i just bought the rhythm rope. i really wanted the crossrope but its a lot of money. the idea of changing the weight is great but the reality is that i just need a consistence cardio workout. since i am extremely new this rope sound like it will work better for my needs. I was in the army for 8 years so i feel i can relate to you. The military is a community. I have been working at the VA for the past 9 years and love it. Back to ropes. i respect your honest opinion. i do like that the rhythm rope is much more of an American company than many other brands. take care.
Thank you for watching and thank you for your support. The Army is a tough life but it's taught me many valuable life skills. It's hard to imagine where I'd be had I not joined and stayed in. I'm sure you feel similarly. Thank you for continuing to serve at the VA. The VA needs good people. I'm glad you're enjoying the Rhythm Rope. 💯🙏🏾
Great question. I haven't used them, but my thoughts are that they are beneficial for developing coordination without having the frustration of tripping over the rope. 💯
Have a Rhythm Rope ordered but didn’t see you had a discount code! Dang. The Crossrope looks great, but I have a hard time buying from them. Even their classic ropes cost almost 3x the Rhythm Rope cost while the Rhythm is USA made and the Crossrope is made in China. Also saw that their last Black Friday deal they just inflated their prices so they could list their normal prices as the deals. They just seem a bit shady and predatory to me with their marketing and pricing, even though their ropes do look well made regardless.
It's a tough environment out there. Everyone is trying to survive. I can say that Crossrope has always been fair and honest with me as a customer. I have a lot of respect for their CEO and that the quality of their ropes are outstanding.
@ I get it, like I said it looks great and you’re not the only person I’ve seen mention the company taking good care of customers. I have a Rhythm Rope ordered and from what I hear I may be waiting a bit. I have seen one, and only one, person mention that their Rhythm Rope needs frequent adjustment as their sizing doesn’t stay in place. Just curious if you’ve experienced this? Wondering if that person just got a rope out of spec.

Great insight. There are many combinations and permutations available. It's a great thing about the world of jump rope. 💯🙏🏾
Thanks JRV! This is yet another useful video. Very interesting and informative. Keep up the great work!
Thanks Dan! I appreciate your support!
I am glad i found your channel great work
Thank you for your support!
Great videos, man. Keep it up.
You're doing excellent.
Thank you for your support! 🙏🏾
that’s true. The new rhythm rope is a masterpiece .
True that. That's a great work to describe it.
Now these are the type of reviews I value, not some hyped up TH-camr promoting himself and product they get paid for...Keep It Real - Live Strong!
I appreciate that!
Given the Crossrope AMP record stats what makes you not want to continue using the same rope and record your progress?
I mainly use the .25 and the .5. I track my progress with those.
Does the rhythm rope have a 4 or 5mm pvc?
I think it's thinner than that. I believe it's three or less.

Have you seen those ropeless jump rope things from Crossrope? What’s your thoughts on them?
Great question. I haven't used them, but my thoughts are that they are beneficial for developing coordination without having the frustration of tripping over the rope. 💯
What's the difference between Elite SRS and Elite Jumps?
Are they the same company?
I think they're the same company. 💯
Are you from Detroit Area ?
Would love to participate if you hold any meetups or just jump rope
Sadly, I no longer live in the Detroit area. I lived there for three years. I loved it.
Is the elite srs speed rope?
They have several ropes. All the ropes I've tried of theirs, except for their beaded rope, are good (in my opinion).

I dislike crossrope for reasons with customer service, sent 2 different lengths, have you tried JDU atheletics atheletics rope?
I haven't tried that rope, but I'll take a look online. 💯
