Ok I just bought one. The liner, twirl one of the stick on the opening of the plastic liner, then put the stick with the plastic liner and snap into place. The inside button isn’t just a snap, it’s medium strong magnets!! I was wondering how to do this, but now I do. So, now I can use Walmart bags, or those smaller grocery plastic bags for this backseat butler bc it’s too small for the bathroom’s trash can.
