Amazing information. 🙏 can you please send me the info, where to get exactly what you did to your bike. I live in California

G'day, mate. Are you asking what exactly I did to my bike to get the extra power? Or the total build?
      For the power I have:
      DNA air filter
      Akrapovic titanium headers (no cat)
      Deleted the flapper valve
SC Projects Conic muffler (no baffle)
Power Commander 5 with custom map
For the rest of the bike:
      Ohlins cartidges for front forks
      Ohlins rear shock
      S1000R 6" rear wheel
      Translogic quickshifter
Magura HC1 levers and master cylinders
      Rizoma MA011B bars
      Rizoma rear sets
      Motogadget Motoscope Pro digital meters
      S1000RR front calipers
      EziGrip Pro tank pads
      Ilmberger carbon fibre front mudguard
      Ilmberger carbon fibre injector cover
      BMW Nylon cylnder head covers
      Bar end mirrors
That's about it. Hope this helps.

Any reason why a power commander and not a rapidbike ? Cheers

Supply, mate. Here in Australia it's hard to buy a lot of stuff at the moment. I was lucky, I got the last Power Commander from the distributor.

What was the cost ratio to power gains? Was it worth it? Cheers.

About $200 per horse gained. DEFINITELY not worth it but I was a bit curious to see what I could get out of the old girl.

What do they mean 9.7 RPM? And does it feel quicker than stock?
    Thanks

I can only imagine they ran it up to 9700RPM? Seems a bit high but the did mention something about being able to cancel the rev limiter.
I only got to ride it home so I haven't been able to notice a difference. Going for a ride tomorrow morning so I'll put her through her paces.

Since these girls run warm to begin with have you had any heat issues? 1yr since this upload, you asked for 1k subs and I see you are at 1.32k... Congrats!

G'day, mate. No heat issues whatsoever. Just make sure if you muck about with intake and/or exhaust you get it dyno'd to check the AFR. I ride mine pretty hard but no probs at all. Yeah, 1.32k subs - crazy! My kids didn't hink I'd get 10! Life and work has gotten in the way a bit but I hope to upload a few more vids soon. All the best.
