You could try checking if your yeast is still good. Try and leave it in some water with sugar. Leave for about 10 mins and if it looks foamy, it’s still good to use.

pwede naman po as long as maisshape nyo po ang dough, mostly po kasi sa no-knead dough mataas ang hydration so medyo sticky kaya mahirap ishape or iroll out kaya hindi sya usual na gnagamit sa mga my bread na may filling.
hi, sad to know about that😥you may refer to the converted grams or ml unit for accurate measurement. no knead dough requires high hydration so if your output turned liquidy it’s not necessarily a bad thing as long as it form a very sticky & floppy (which is normal for no-knead dough). but if your mixture seems impossible to form a dough eventhough following the exact measurement, then it has something to do with your flour’s absorption quality. 🙂
for baking po, bottom heat is enough po kasi nagra-rise at nadidistribute naman po ang heat pataas sa loob ng oven. Ang top heat po is basically for broiling or if yung food needs direct heat from the top for fast browning.

Maybe you have a more powerful oven, probably you can lower the heat...this has been the issue with mine...not sure but maybe you can give it a try.

Different type/brands of flour, sometimes requires different amount of liquid. So if your dough looks dry, try add a bit more liquid.
My thing was waiting for the second proof, after they're shaped make sure they have time to puff up before they go in the oven

yes, it's better. butbread flour absorbs liquid differently, so in case your dough gets liquidy, just add up flour to match the consistency👍
