    You are teaching me alot on your videos. Thanks for that. Is your target to put all your services(carpet, tile, hardwood) clients on a quarterly rotation for a maintenance clean? Not to get all into your financial aspect but how much in price difference is your deep clean to the maintenance clean or how do you structure that aspect? Thanks 🙏🏾

      That’s a good question that could be answered on video at some point in the next day or 2. A lot of factors and variables that I consider. The main thing that I try to do is provide services that the client need’s frequently as possible. I’m going to try to go into detail for you in a video in the next day or two about your question. Thanks for watching

    Forgive I’m back to bother you again haha! How do you determine when you’ll use your Lowboy vs your 175? Do you have any recommendations for a 175?

      Lowboy is mainly for big open areas on nylon carpet, tile and wood. Rotary I use mainly on rugs, polyester, olefin type carpet because it glides much easier on those types than the rotary. The cleaning is better on those in my opinion. The Oreck I use in smaller clutter areas of carpet and wood floor areas. Essentially, you can get a used 13”-17” rotary at a pawn shop or market place to start out. They are very durable! But very heavy!

    Okay some stupid questions for you. Do you mop out the solution? Do you spray it? Does it even matter? When you want to boost it with peroxide how much are you adding to the solution?

    • @bmcarpetcleaningandfloorca4410
      @bmcarpetcleaningandfloorca4410  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Not stupid. I prefer to spray it down and mop it out to spread the solution. The peroxide amount depends on how dirty the floor is and if there is a pet. I mostly use peroxide in bathrooms or areas with lots of organic matte. On this job, I used 6oz per gallon, so my ph of my spray is slightly acidic. For bad jobs roughly 8-10oz per gallon. Some jobs that aren’t bad I don’t use peroxide. This job had a pet, so I used peroxide
