Absolutely agree with a high pH on grout. On bad restaurant kitchen grout I use zep floor stripper diluted about 12 ounces of stripper to about a half gallon of water. I truly enjoy the vlog style videos brother

Greta job, looks wonderful! Question: did you neutralize the cleaner with something acidic?

great job on the tile, i have used that combo many times, on some of my jobs i did, i have used oxyblaster, by magic wand company it seems to work the best i rarely even agitate the grout with it, the down side to oxyblaster is it is so damm expensive to buy

I have not tried the oreck orange brush was afraid it might be to strong. I have been using the blue brush which does do a good job. I gotta imagine the orange one is a lot better? Thanks for taking the time on this one learned some things again.

I probably prefer the blue or Union white brush most of the time. The orange brush bristles were longer and seem stiff enough to use for this particular job.

The oreck floor scrubber comes with a manual that tells you what brush or pads to use on whatever floor type and even chemical mixtures as well.

I find it that the green brush for some strange reason works better for me then the Orange brush on the grout lines .

Watch videos about cleaning floors. And find a floor to practice on. If need be, get a job at a restaurant or country club so you can get paid while you practice cleaning different types of floors. Make videos and pictures of your cleanings and results so you can have a portfolio of your work to get future clients. This is a start!
