A unique approach to cleaning marble tile and grout! I wish the camera could have captured the true results, but in person you can see the natural gray of the grout lines and the shine of the tile.

What spray u use for this job
@@Torontogtacleaners I believe it was orange oil and Odoban 3 in 1 8oz of 40v. Bad parts I put down ammonia.
What size is that rack and what brand big guy ?
Hey would the orbiter be to strong for the tiles or did u just choose the ryobi just curious why the ryobi and not the green brush on the orbiter
@@Torontogtacleaners the Ryobi brush is superior to cleaning the grout lines. It’s cleans more efficiently into the lines than the Oreck brush. Second, I don’t have to keep changing the brush to pad constantly.
I'll try your method!
It works well in certain situations
Hi BM.
@@robertovazquez472 hi, Roberto!
Hey big guy if I don’t have the 20, can I just use the ammonia straight the same way using the same method?
Hey brother does the ammonia work as well as the hydroporoxide it’s hard finding that poroxide brand in Canada . I have a water stain job can I use ammonia for the Stains as u use the 20%vol poroxide
@@Torontogtacleaners ammonia is ok. For water stains peroxide is key. Look for the 3% peroxide you use for cuts at the store if you have trouble. It works too at full strength. Or go to the grocery store and buy non chlorine bleach in the detergent section, even oxi clean is pretty good
@@bmcarpetcleaningandfloorca4410 you’re much much appreciated big guy you always give me good answers and you always respond to my questions. Thank you.
@@Torontogtacleaners you’re welcome! Thanks for watching!
Very cool
Thank you!
Whats the brand of this machine?
That looks like a nightmare of color sealed tile. You did a fantastic job. I hate that stuff.
Thanks!
BAM!
Thank you for such an informative comment! Like you, I do not like T&G all that much until recently when I used this ROTOBRUSH system. Yes, I can control the brush since it’s smaller for a more effective cleaning. The demos are important to see if I can clean the grout with ease. If I can’t, I’ll pass on the job. I got a tile job tomorrow that I will film. I did the demo for it on Friday, and the client agreed to having this done immediately. Maybe get one of these and experiment at your house a bit.
Just did VLM for the first time on 4 stories of hotel hallway carpet. They wanted the cheapest option possible so I just through vlm out there as an option. Carpets were completely trashed and black greasy filth. Did vlm with some enzyme and saigers and it worked like a dream. I couldn’t believe how well it came clean. Used to using a top of the line truck mount with hot water extraction but was no way that was going to work for the distance
I cleaned a tile floor last year and I used my 10'' Rotary that has a very nice floor brush. I found it worked very well and I think the reason we see this is the brush can be positioned to follow the grout line and is doing a continuous motion in one direction at a time. The OP machines can tend to dance on the floor and the brush is coming at the soiled areas from random directions but maybe what we are seeing is the continuous motion can actually be better. I also think the smaller diameter brush gives an advantage and if one uses a larger rotary with a 16'' brush it may also tend to float over the grout lines but that brush you are using can be tilted so it gets down into the grout line and works better. If you keep proving this works so well I may have to start offering tile cleaning (I dont like it much) as you are making it look pretty easy with the SETT method.
Great result ! what chemicals and how much dwell time please ?
@@tomd720 no dwell time on this. Trying to know how hard this job will be. Client was watching. OdoBan neutral floor cleaner, but will likely use vital oxide at 6oz per gallon on the job. I’ll stay in the neutral range for the scrubbing.
@@tomd720 I got another demo video for another client tomorrow that went very well.

Can you use this on engineered wood flooring
Yes
Great boxer died too young!
Yep. I watched all his fights.

It’s sort of fun.
Wow!
Thank you!
What grout cleaner did you use? How long did you let it soak before scrubbing?
@@franciscohernandez1821 vital oxide. No soaking really but it was probably on the floor for 10 minutes while I was fumbling around with the camera.
@@bmcarpetcleaningandfloorca4410 Now that is interesting.

Says it all really, all the smoke and mirrors and fancy machines err I'll stick with my Oreck and rotary!

Thanks to you. I use the Robi too, and it does magic I agree.

@@ProCleanersCarpetCleaning Thank you, Ken!
That Ryobi scrubber really works well
Yep, works very well. Even better with 2 hands!
great result ! what solvent was used ?
Natures orange 6oz 40v around 4oz. In a 2 gallon sprayer. Spotted with full strength in some areas.
I have their machines! 5 still work in my basement.
To neutralize, you simply spray with a vinegar mixture, then use the orbiter to extract? This suffices to prevent any residue?
Yes the floors seemed to come out nice here. What type of solution did you use for this job?
BUBBLES....🫧🫧
No soapy products. This is a neutral peroxide based cleaner, sir.
Thanks! Would you use vinegar mixed up or straight as a neutralizer?
@@veliromn you can mix it or use straight. The higher the ph to clean, I’ll use more acid.
Did you say you were using betco green earth peroxide to clean tile & grout? Isn't ph neutral already?
@@veliromn yes, I believe I was using Simple green or another solvent in greasier areas of the tile as well. I haven’t seen that video but I believe it’s the one I had to use a higher ph product in certain areas.
would it be ok to use instead of simple green, zep heavy duty degreaser concentrate? it is about 10-12 ph, this is for tile and grout cleaning in the bathroom
