I love this warmer just got last week! I just struggle with keeping the lid on. Why is it so loose? Like it doesnt lock

Is the bottle too big ? The lid is only supposed to sit on top of it.

I noticed that she didn't add water! You have to add water! She did mention that if you don't add water, then the machine will shut off after 30 seconds

Yes, I put water to the max level you can see the steam on the cover while it's warming.
