    I've learned just as much, if not more, watching your videos in a few days than self learning via books for weeks. Would love to see similar joint action video for hip and shoulder joint.

    What type of movement can heal knee pain caused by jogging?

      Stretch.
      Adjust your foot landing position to mid-foot landing, if you're heel/ toe landing (as it is the safest compared to both).
      Ensure your recovery is on point (via sleep, enough day offs and not overtraining).
      Eat a balanced diet, based on your activity level.
