On iOS most of the ' Done, cancel, back ' buttons are on the top side of the screen. It's super difficult to use with a single hand.
Apple for some reason is paying attention to such simple things.
We no longer are using 4.7" phones. The devices are huge and the iOS is optimised for larger screen estate.
You know they make smaller phones for you small handed folks. It’s not that deep.
Just because someone has small hands doesn’t automatically mean their gonna want a small phone. For a guy, I have pretty small hands and I just got the pro max

This is my favorite iOS 17 video that I've seen so far today (and i've watched quite a few :). It's not so long that I don't want to start it (like some are an hour or even two hours), but it's not so short that I know I won't learn anything. To the contrary, I've learned quite a bit, including how to get to some things I've heard about but have not seen done before (like the 'check in' feature in messages, which is the single biggest reason I'm getting my kid an iPhone). The only feedback I would respectfully give is if there were chapter marks, it would help me go back to find more quickly a portion I want to re-watch. But I understand there would have to be like 40 chapters if you did that, which makes it cost more (in terms of effort) than it might benefit. Anyway, thanks iDB for another outstanding, well thought-out video.

I also like that when you take a video of something, there’s a stabilising line to help keep your video stable and not end up all shaky.
So how do we get it to run those fancy clocks in standby mode? Mine doesn’t automatically do this even though standby mode is switched on

i love the fact they did the airtag feature for this update. i am tracking my toddler for school & him on the bus and it was so annoying that his father couldn't track him as well with out the option of having to buy a whole new airtag. that baffled me! when you spoke on this feature i called him immediately like please update your phone 😂

In iOS or iPadOS 17.0.2 i have noticed that all widgets on Lock Screen are the colour you set your time and they only have an icon for logo. If you have picture slide show set on your Lock Screen and time set any colour if you change picture with a touch you get half of the widgets blurred or unable to see because it blends in with your picture and is the same colour as your time so can’t read them also you select green for time colour and TH-cam isn’t that colour or other apps and if no app writing and not normal colour you forget what it originally looks like

For standby mode is it only for a certain iPhone? Or just iPhones with IOS 17

The automatic sorting on the groceries reminder is not automatically sorting or adding where to find them in the store. Is there a setting somewhere to turn this on?

Loving my iPhone 15 pro max and I’m coming from the s22 ultra. I also have the beats fit pro and have had conversation awareness. I’m surprised the AirPods just added that when beats are owned by apple as well

this was AN AWESOME VIDEO!!! so happy to have clicked on it before updating my main phone lol.
i think I’ll wait on updating bcs as much as i like the visually-pleasing redesigns, & the fact that u can log ur moods now (amazing!) i’ll still wait on ios17 until apple basically forces me to - i think their back button/gestures need a re-design for ppl who use their bigger phones (and phones in general tbh) they really need to add more space like Samsung is doing in their UI.

Only between iPhones but if someone calls the iPhone from an android you can customize a poster to show on the iPhone

1:15 * i was hyped for this until i noticed. * unavailable in airplay mode😢 that’s a bummer. As i picture myself streaming music to multiple speakers in a party setting and this is where crossfade would shine.
