Im just as excited to do mine. My car has really been way too good to me. I have the whole front off and I've had 1 rusted bolt under battery tray. I haven't had a single screw or bolt strip. I pray it keeps that going. I wish I could pull my body. I'm about 30 min from it. But no where to put it and I need a few grand worth of stuff to weld on it
What are those alignment rods, where do they go, where do you buy them? I'm working on an 1986 El Camino getting ready to pull the body off and add a Hellwig frame kit for a Monte. Where did you get those washers for the frame?
I just put my body back on the frame yesterday morning and it had been sitting off the frame for a year with the front clip still attached and unsupported it was perfectly fine

Took me 2 weeks to do with 4x6s and Jack stands wish I had a lift. One day I will🤞🏽

Would you do my 1987 Monte Carlo body mounts?
What did you torque the bolt down to?
Why would my stock rear end be setting 1 1/2" further out on passenger side?

Do you need to support the front clip of the car when you lift the body off?
I did have it supported while I was working on the body but it wasn't supported with the act of lifting it off the frame.

After riding on those new body bushings how do you like them
They're fine. If anything, I'd put a standard shock in them.
