Looks really good.. I'm really struggling for time lately and this looks simple enough to make. I unfortunately don't have any heavy cream in the fridge for like the first time in my life, ugh, so I'm going to use this can of cream of cauliflower that I have in the cabinet. A little worried about it but hopefully it'll do for now. Might throw a splash of marsala in too
