    MY DAILY YOGA ROUTINE:
    * I wake up in the morning.
    * I do cleansing water enemas before doing my yoga.
    * I do yoga for 15 to 30 minutes.

    MY YOGA COMPRESSION CLOTHES:
    * Ankle length: compression leggings, compression pants, or compression tights.
    * Long sleeve: compression shirts.
    * Below the knee: compression socks.

    MY YOGA EQUIPMENT:
    * 1 yoga mat (6 mm or 1/4 in minimum).
    * 2 yoga bolsters or pillows.
    * 4 yoga blocks.

    MY ENEMAS AND MY SUPPOSITORIES:

    NOTE:
    * I use cleansing water enemas before doing my coffee enemas, herbal enemas, tea enemas, and oil enemas.

    1. MY BULB ENEMA KIT:
    * 60 ml to 90 ml bulb enema latex free.
    * 120 ml to 240 ml bulb enema latex free.
    2. MY ENEMA FREQUENCY:
    * Daily or as needed.
    3. MY ENEMA RECIPES:
    NOTE: Follow directions for amounts to be used and how to use them.
    NOTE: Use a coffee press to brew the coffee or tea.
    * COFFEE ENEMAS: 120 ml to 240 ml filtered water and organic caffeinated coffee.
    * HERBAL ENEMAS: 120 ml to 240 ml filtered water and organic herbs.
    * TEA ENEMAS: 120 ml to 240 ml filtered water and organic tea.
    * OIL ENEMAS: 60 ml to 90 ml organic extra virgin olive oil. (For essential oil enemas add therapeutic grade essential oils).
    * WATER ENEMAS: 120 ml to 240 ml filtered water.
    4. ENEMA TEMPERATURE:
    * 98° F to 99° F.
    5. MY ENEMA POSITIONS:
    * On my back with knees bent and feet flat on the floor.
    * On my back with legs straight.
    * On my left side with knees bent.
    * On my left side with right knee bent and left leg straight.
    * On my right side with knees bent.
    * On my right side with left knee bent and right leg straight.
    * On my stomach with legs straight.
    6. MY ENEMA RETENTION:
    * Retain it for the recommended time or until it is fully absorbed.
    7. MY ESSENTIAL OIL SUPPOSITORIES:
    * Reusable or disposable suppository molds.
    * Organic coconut oil.
    * Therapeutic grade essential oil. Essential oil is added to the organic coconut oil to make the suppositories.
    7A. HOW TO MAKE SUPPOSITORIES:
    * Melt coconut oil.
    * Add the recommended amount of essential oil to the melted coconut oil and stir well.
    * Put in suppository mold.
    * Put the suppository mold in the freezer for a few hours until they are hard.
    * Remove suppositories from mold and store in freezer until needed.
    8. MY ENEMA AND SUPPOSITORY LEAKAGE PROTECTION: For men and women, wear a unisex incontinence pad, unisex sanitary napkin or unisex sanitary pad. Use a water-resistant bed pad during the night or to lay on when doing the enemas.
