I've just started looking into creating my own models for scale modelling rather than using free downloads and these videos contained exactly what a Blender beginner needs. First stop is hopefully going to be a ruined church with some pillars, thanks to your tutorials :)

It's been a while but the only thing I can think of is to make sure you have the model you want the ivy to go up selected and position the 3d cursor where you want it to start.

hey the ivy gen doesnt want to go on my model, its just in the default spawning position
It's been a while but the only thing I can think of is to make sure you have the model you want the ivy to go up selected and position the 3d cursor where you want it to start.

I try to remember to enable screencast keys but sometimes I forget and sometimes it just stops working and I don’t notice.
should get rid of background music, no need for it in tutorials.
