Please include the links to the studies you mentioned. I would like to read them.

Thank you for the video, but please--leave out the background music.

Interesting video. Sounds like both high and low pressures have their benefits. I didn't know more oxygen becomes available purely by being in a pressurised environment. Do you know what would happen to you if you were in a 1.5ATA soft shell chamber and it burst? I have one at home and have recently started obsessing over this scenario and it is affecting my sessions. Thanks for the video. Liked and subscribed.

Hi. Glad you are enjoying our content. Hyperbaric chambers have protective mechanisms installed in them to avoid the scenario you just mentioned. Even if these protective mechanisms fail which is very-very unlikely, the worst that will happen is an ear trauma from the sudden pressure change. Some parts will let go first, others next, meaning that the air will escape but the chamber will never burst into pieces.

@hyperbaric thanks so much. I always imagined it popping how a balloon would but good to know it's built differently.

I've heard that fasting, or intermittent fasting increases stem cells. Have you (or anyone) tried combining HBOT and fasting to see what kind of stem cell increases might result?

That would be an interesting study to do
