    Hello! I heard about grounding/Earthing a few years ago. At first description, I figured it was a bunch of Woodstock hippy nonsense. Then I continued watching the video I was watching and saw it was factually sound and tested. My Sister, Parents, and I began grounding a few years ago and can feel the difference when grounding. You do feel like a kid again, when you go barefoot in the grass. You feel excitement and energy you would never feel in rubber shoes. My Sister and I now often go for nightly walks in our town, and I even go barefoot for awhile in Winter. I often go barefoot in the snoe to take out the trash. Bothers other people to see me do it, but it feels just fine. Thank you for this video. 😊

    I found out one thing: the earth needs to have MOISTURE to provide the best grounding. I tested some dry mud outside my garage with a tester, and there was zero grounding. I sprinkled some water, mixed it in, and the tester lit up like a Christmas tree ornament. So I've made it a habit to walk barefoot on our grass after a rainfall or with morning dew on it. But the best is to walk barefoot on the moist sand at the water's edge at the beach.

    I have a grounding mat under my work desk. I really feel that it helps my stress level. I am a little afraid to go barefoot in my yard due to fire ants, stray cat poop and dog poop. Whenever I go to the beach 🏖️ I always go barefoot as long as the sand doesn’t have too many jellyfish or sharp shells. I do feel better after grounding outside as well!

    This video lacks an extremely important piece of advice: the earth or grass needs to be MOIST for the electrical conductivity to work. I tested some mud outside my garage with a tester, and there was zero activity. I then mixed in some water with the mud, and voila, the tester lit up!!! Morning dew is a superb way to boost the electrical conductivity of grass.

      The ground or the earth?

  • @Intelligentlemen
    @Intelligentlemen 15 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา

    No science here but a fair example. Earth's "energy"... What's wrong with being positively charged? I'm not a debunker of Earthing, your body will also create the electrons it needs from minerals. Now what is really going on with Earthing I believe I have the answer.
