Tofu is one of those things I never could get over the texture of but you made it look so crispy and delicious! Is it possible after you flip it the first time and put on the toppings in the pan to transfer it to a baking sheet and finish it in oven to make it crisper??

Same applies to soy milk. The soy milk here is so watered down, that it barely tastes like anything. Soymilk in Japan on the other hand is creamy and tasty
Thank you for this recipe! I love pizza, but I don't want to eat so much of it. Tofu pizza sounds like a much healthier alternative which I will definitely make for myself and my family.
Cooked today for breakfast and it turned out above all expectations 😋👍 I followed recipe, besides I added 2 tbsp of Korean frying mix, to prevent breaking. For meat I took homemade smoked sausage, turned over with a little plate. Will absolutely cook it in future. Very delicious.

Great Video as always! I've tried this at home. Unfortunately instead of using Teflon, I use a small Wok. Half-way cooking it, I manage to maintain the shape. I even manage to turn it over, just like how you do it. But I end-up ruining the shape when I'm about to move it to plate 😅 Still taste great though! Fried Tofu and cheese combination is new to my mouth 😋 Will definitely try again when I have time (and mood!) 😊 Question though. How long does it take for the cheese to melt? When I tried mine, I end up finishing it before the cheese completely melt. Since the tofu is starting to burnt 😅 Thanks in advance!

put it on parchment paper since u don’t want to use any oil. don’t use wax paper, aluminum foil because it will stick without cooking spray. parchment paper does not require cooking spray. i don’t think you need to flip it either because oven has heat from the top and bottom. try baking it for a short period of time before you add sauce and toppings

I’ve made something like this but without the tofu (basically an egg-base pizza), but adding tofu looks delicious and more filling too! Yum!

when cook it rice, tofu can be the most delicious food more than beef
try to drain excess liquid out and then freeze the tofu. this way the texture changes and it is almost chicken/fish like
