    기본적으로 두부랑 양배추는 넣고 나머지 재료들은 취향따라 각자 필요영양따라 자유롭게 넣으면 될 것 같아요. 정말 디핑소스때문에 뭘 넣어도 맛있거든요:) 한달정도 매일 아침에 해먹었는데, 너무 잘 먹었습니다.😊

    월남쌈을 뜨거운 물에 담그지 마시고 실온의 물에 담궈서 쌈을 싸면 훨씬 쫄깃하고 옆구리도 안터진답니다^^

      저는 라이스 페이퍼 밑에 즉 도마 위에, 물에 살짝 적신후 꼭짠 깨끗한 행주 놓고 하니깐 라이스 페이퍼가 도마에 붙지 않고 잘 떨어져서 좋더군요.^^

    두부 수분 날리기 귀찮으시면 요리 하기 전날에 두부 위에 무거운거 올려두면 물 다 빠져서 일일히 안볶아도 됩니다 :) 전 1키로 두부 미리 눌러놓고 다음날 써요

      야채에서 조금 물이 나겠지만 두부나 계란은 식어도 맛 괜찮아요.
      단 쌈 싸기전 완전 식힌 후 싸야 합니다.

    월남쌈처럼 싸서 먹으니 간단하게 먹을 수 있고 좋네요~
    두부와 달걀과 야채들을 섞으니 더 감칠맛이 날듯 해요~
    이제 다시 열심히 식단을 조절해서 먹기로 했는데 ㅎㅎ 넘 좋은 레시피인데요?!!
