Murray is such an Inspiration. He's a man I wish I could model myself after. Hes a knife maker, Helicopter pilot, hunter, reloader, bike rider etc. And best of all hes a fellow Canadian ;)
great tips i know from when i went from riding light motocross bikes in the bush to riding heavy 4 stroke bikes the rear brake is so important to get through turns and not push the front wheel in skatey conditions
You brake before a corner and throttle on through the apex because inertia and centrifugal force keep your bike planted through the turn regardless if it is on wet pathment or gravel.
Don't care how good you are, these bikes are crap off road. Rephrase it to rough road, or light single trail adventure. There are trails that I can barely get through with my 300lb duel sport. These monsters have no business doing real "off road" trails. Just a few days ago my bike sunk into dry dense mud in a marsh that a single trail track ran through. Took 40 minutes to get out. I'm not the most skilled rider, but it does not matter, the back tire would not even spin because of how bad it was stuck. These "adventure" bikes are not off road bikes, they are rough road adventure bikes with minor single track capabilities at low speed. If you took one of these bikes where I got stuck, you'd have to leave the bike there and walk out.

Thank you! It was a pretty challenging course, but a lot of fun.
I wish we had a school like that where I live in Australia. Jim is a great instructor.
Cool video! Thanks a lot for sharing
do you have to adjust the rear brake to reach it easier it seems like mine is really low before you get a bite
Jim is a such a sweet guy. Would love to one day train with him.
I wish Jim was my instructor. He is a really cool, nice and way talented person.
Nice! Makes me want to fire up my RT and go into the woods somewhere. I know, I should have a GS for this.....
