- Follow me on a day trucking with the blower trailer delivering animal feed to farms. The first 2 farms are in north west wales and then I reload to head right over to the east of England for my next tip where I run very tight to my tacho time
I have also been to that last farm a few times 🤙
Brilliant as always thank you 😊😊😊👍👍👍
I love your little jump for joy when you’ve finished packing.. 😂.. i always know when the vlog is nearly over because you start eating your dinner 😂
Gemma you are not afraid of work. You could put alot of blokes to shame. I'm a couple of months of 66yrs old and I fitter than some 40yr olds. Grew up on a farm and still driving a flat bed class 1 loading all sorts strapping and chaining loads quicker than the young blokes.you're a credit to the women drivers out there.
Gemma think iv'e asked this before but you didnt answer i'm just curious when you are living out of a lorry and worst case uou spend the night on the side of a road in a lay-by where do you go to go to the toilet?
Always a pleasure seeing you on a Saturday morning, and the information you give us is second to none. ❤
Wow, thank you
❤
I wonder why so many of these feed bins are located in such awkward, out-of-the-way places? What an unnecessary faff and waste of a driver's time and energy!
You obviously enjoy your work, despite it being a clearly far from "glamorous" life!
Do you touch base while you’re away. Because I bet your family get worried with you travelling to all these farms.
advantage of that work
you get to see a lot of England + Wales and maybe Scotland?
the disadvantage is the same road and the farms which do not have much space for a large truck
"love to live off my microwave" 😂😂😂 Thanks for another great video 🥰
Ive got to blow a load of plastic pellets near Norwich tomorrow morning, only i dont have tight farms to reverse around in. I can handle tight country lanes but my reversing skills just arent up to the sorts of places you do. I dont know how you do it! With practice, I hope to be up to your standard one day.
Jems I think you’re an amazingly hard working lady. Love the triumphant hop, skip and jumps 😂. Please stay well, keep safe and keep smiling 😀
Great video Jemma, I drive through North Wales a few days a week, it has so many pretty villages. I do keep my eye out for you and I will give you a toot on my horn (in my car!) if I ever do!
Have a great weekend ❤
Up my neck of the woods, not far from me in Norwich Jemma.
This far living out a microwave goes it’s better than it was when I first started driving long time ago 😂 but now you mean 👍
Love or hate microwave meals, they don't seem to cause you any harm, I'd love to be able to have the energy for 15 hours a day. in my 20s/30s I used to love driving to different places by car, be it exploring new cities for shopping, enjoying the nightlife etc. Now in my 40s, my love is fading away espcially with much busier motorways, what used to take 2 and a half hours, can take over 3 with Smart Motorways and variable speeds. I guess the rewards waking up in stunning locations gives enough motivation. Keep up the great work and videos!
Great video as always. I worked in haulage and transport and I've seen many so called HGV drivers who could not have done that manoeuvring without taking out half the buildings around them. Jemma handled it with ease. A very long day, I hope they pay you well. Keep trucking.
Yeah, Jemma is back. It is great watching your videos. Thank you. Stay safe.
I worked in an animal feed mill in Micheldever when i first left school ( 1985) all the blower trucks were 8 wheelers, the artics were just straight tip, i worked on the press machines making the nuts/pellets etc, good old days, went out with a few drivers when loads were rejected, had to do a few dig outs and wheelbarrow contaminated feed and shovel in to the back of the trucks, all the best Gemma
Hi Jemma, nice to see you back again and looking well although I know looks can be deceiving. But you are always smiling so that’s good. Yes the welsh accent is great isn’t it although I am a bit biased mum was Welsh and us kids were bombed out of London in the blitz. So up to our family south wales lucky us.😂😂. I bet it’s nice sleeping on the farms and safe of cause. Well stay well you’re health is the most important thing so never take it for granted if you do it will catch you out down the line. I know I have been there and it’s most unpleasant. Good luck Jon 🇦🇺WA
Nice to see you back, i am surprised that you dont have a reversing camra as the trailers are so long, stay safe.
Hi Jemma. Hope you are well.
Thought I shared a little piece of tarmac with you a week last Wednesday. I was driving up the A41 going to Chester to see Dale Watson and his Lonestars and what flashed by going southbound - a Wains Transport artic !!! I watched your latest video but I don't think it was you. Do Wains have many trucks?
Keep on with your great videos. I love em❤
Hi Jemma you do some amazing videos and work.
I've noticed you do majority of your cooking in the microwave, have you thought about giving guidance and recipes for microwave cooking ? You seem to make some good dinners.
I'm probably like majority or trampers gave a microwave but definitely don't use to full potential
Alm the best, keep up the good work.
Ian
Well keep trucking 👍 I've just done my first truck related content, your channel has been an inspiration.. Thank you
Another great insight to your job Jemma. Always a great watch. Keep up the great work. I did see you in the M5 at Gloucester the other day in my little blue tanker. 👍👍
Jemma you’re such a hard worker, nine hours of driving is a lot in itself, plus all the manual work you do when you get to the farms.
just subscribed jemma. spotted you a week or so ago, you was on the gordano services roundabout, i was just coming onto the roundabout from portishead, i gave you a wave but i dont think you saw me, i was in a blue tazrock scania with a six axle low loader trailer.
Brilliant as usual Jemma, saw you yesterday on M5 Cullompton bound I beeped red car lol keep up the good content x
Great video Jemma , lovely countryside views in West Wales .
Reach out to me incase you need another driver to give you a hand in your business. Thanks for the great work you do.😊😊
Hi Jemma great vids as always, the place in Norfolk is pronounced windom ( wymondham)
Hi Jemma, thanks for the IG follow, I look forward to meeting up with you some day and would like invite you to dinner if and when we do, as you know I’m an ex Head chef of many decades and like to cook my own meals in my lorry rather than get unhealthy fast foods, we could maybe try hook up for a layby dinner date at some point in the future! ….
Good morning from wildwood Florida be safe out enjoy your videos. Here in the u.s would love to visit there and get to drive over there see how ya'll do your jobs . I have 25yrs out here . Keep up the goud work be safe.
Still too cold for shorts Mrs? - you'll never get those legs tanned!
Hi Jemma hope u are keeping well. Watching ur great video again. U are such a hard worker doing ur job. U put so many people to shame 👍keep on trucking 😊
Hi Jemma. As always me and my daughter are enjoing our morning coffee and cacao watching your new video. This is our saturday morning routine for past few months after we discovered your videos. Have a nice weekend and great next week on the road.
Hello from Slovenia 🇸🇮
Sounds great! Really nice to read your comments ☺️
So much info in your videos, roads, routes and pretty much a 'how to' on the blower. I live in Norfolk, never expected you'd come this way. A14/A11 near Newmarket has been bad for weeks due to a lane closure but its just been cleared up this week. Keep it up Jem
Always love watching your videos l,I passed your truck on the portway in Bristol a couple of weeks ago xxxz
Hi great video I bring oat feed down from Aberdeenshire to were you loded keep up the the work.
Watching from Holland, I have been on exactly the same roads you were on in Wales and have toured most of the backroads of Norfolk but then on holiday of course. Kudos to you navigating those in a lorry especially in Wales.
Fair play to you Gemma , those two farm's in North Wales (Gogledd Cymru) are regular deliveries for our haulage firm . There the best place for an artic to deliver. We are based in North Wales, but reload Hay and Straw back from the South east and Norfolk regular. Stay safe Cariad 🤠🏴✊
Very good vlog jem I have enjoyed watching it again jem as always girl ❤❤
In the meantime, may God help you build your house in the most beautiful way...
Really enjoying these videos, Jemma. Thanks! Hope you're doing okay and not working *too* hard. Your boss certainly gets their moneys worth out of you. You're an absolute star and deserve a BIG pay rise⭐👍. Thanks again! 🤗
Thanks Jemma, another great vid. Always love looking at all your country side, so different to downunda here and the narrowness of the roads boy ya do a great job. The Ol' Fella Downunda Greg.💝
05:15 and it's light, bonus.🌞🌞 You won't be needing the gym this week, hauling those pipes on and off the bins looks like really hard work.💪💪 Thanks again for a really interesting video. Hope you enjoyed your dinner it looked really nice. Sweet dreams and safe journeys.
Nice to see you back)
Saw you at Lymm today, would have said hello but was waiting on fuel pump, your truck looks stunning in the flesh, the airbrushing is amazing👌🏻
Hi Jemma. Late to the party today, but looking forward to settling down to watch your video after dinner.
Great to see you in my neck of the woods North Wales, you pronounce the town's better than me and I have lived here 21 years. We don't have much of a rush hour over here and very few traffic lights, keep safe on your travels.
Welcome back Jemma I've missed your Saturday videos. Thanks for a great informative video 🎉🎉
Love your videos, your such a nice hard working lady 😋
That was a busy day Jemma and a lot of mileage. You are a real star. I hope you managed a good sleep on the farm. Much better than a lay-by or Services area.and nice views the following morning..
I hope to meet you in person one day. Women are truly a TIGER... I love you. I offer my endless greetings to your family, I love them too for supporting you.
Hello Jemma Greetings from Germany enjoy watching your videos well done 👍

Hi Jemma always nice see you have been tipping at the farms again you do good job any way keep up the good work.
My Sat am fix. Thanks Jemma great video.
You're welcome!
The scenery is indeed fantastic here, Wales is really beautiful. That coastal road with the tunnels is magnificent. What a view there. As always I love the old villages you go through on your way to the farms. The lanes are surprisingly good which is a good thing. This was an easy day for you. Sensational vlog again Jemma, these Saturday videos are much appreciated.
Was you parked up at Lynn services
Hi Jemma another fantastic update what a lovely journey around Wales beautiful scenery take care stay safe
On the farms and feed mills, do you see many rats???
Nice one jemma. God's green a pleasant land. Looks like your Instagram been hacked last week. Thanks for posting
How much jobs a day do you do when your using the blower trailer, compared with your standard trailer?
A lot can depend on distance travelled. It’s a hard question to answer. But If this day if I was on a normal trailer I would have probably used all of my 10 hour drive and maybe even finished under a 15 hour day
❤ ok cool. I have been watching your TH-cam channel for a while and I absolutely love it.
Well done jemma great job thanks for vlog,
Will
I was happy to see you made it to Norfolk in a video! Happy Sunday!
Seen you on your way into North Wales by j26
Well done Jemma. I expect your loving the bright 5 am starts . Makes your morning day
So much . Better . Thku . For your time and vids , tc as always . Kind regards Steve B
You earn your money! 😮
Farms should post their ability to overnight an operator - not the other-way-round. Efficiency! :)
Interesting the gentleman-farmer, mechanized farming, business model. Nothing like it. :)
As a farmer myself I doubt they're Gentlemen farmers, more like normal dairy farms that are all very mechanised.
Virtually all farming in the UK is mechanised, other than perhaps the very small ones.
May God protect you and your family from all evil. AMINE
Croeso mawr i'r Gogledd Cymru Jemma!
Long day but great to see you looking less tired again. I guess you do farmers a bit of a favour by overnighting on their premises since it gives them a free night watchperson.
Thanks for the ride Jemma, beautiful views. You take care.
Nice 👍
Great video, jemma. Stay safe 😊
Yet again I take my hat off to you young lady what a hard working girl top notch 👌💯👍and so professional
Hi Jemma There is nothing quite like driving early in the morning with the roads clear and great views. You certainly had a bit of a trek across country and also finding the previous day with a shower out of order. Should be a campaign to get the Motorway showers in order. If the people that are supposed to manage these stations had to use them and they found them with no pressure or out of order they would soon be fixed!! Kind Regards Crawford from at the moment a sunny West Sussex coast.
There have been campaigns in the past but they always seem to fall on deaf ears
@@jemmawarren27 Hi Jemma I am sorry to hear the update
People try to start campaigns to sort facilities, that never really take off, when they do you get nothing done apart from, we care etc etc etc crap from the companies that run them, councils do everything they can to keep the "valued key worker lorry drivers" from parking anywhere near where there are facilities, during lockdown the government vowed to do something about it, years later its long forgotten. Very few drivers ask for anything more from overnight stops, than somewhere reasonably clean, half decent shower, load and diesel are not going to get nicked, able to get food and access to at least proper toilet facilities 24/7
@@SquireDAF To get the issue moving an invitation needs to be sent to those at the top management level to journey up and down the motorways to find out how the facilities are not operational. Or another way would be to have a book on line that records how often a lack of a plumber makes all the difference to people that are deprived of usage.
@@crawfordg The top management give zero care, they up the prices for parking, do nothing to prevent load and diesel theft, don't care about providing anything other than the minimum they can get away with, they know that they have all the power, most part no options but to use them so they have nothing to force them to improve
Hi Jemma love it's mark from Wirral Merseyside 👍 nice to see you back doing your TH-cam videos and it's very much appreciated love 😘 keep up the great work and keep your TH-cam videos coming out i enjoy watching them and were you are going out in the country side because England has got some great country sides. Thanks from mark from Wirral Merseyside 👍 oh and by the way I'm after any stickers you have got I've got trucker Tim stickers on my car
Loving the reversing concentration . Faces . Jemma
Bless you
Wow such a beautiful area; you almost 'fell' of the map there in that corner of Wales. I live 3 hours from Bangor, in Maine, USA that is. LOL. Just wondering if the 2nd product can pass through the compartments of the other product that you unloaded without those needing cleaning first? Great video. Safe trips to you.
Another great video, beautiful countryside. Love the red tassels. Keep safe and well!
Great work ethics and extremely efficient operation.
You're an excellent narrator too.
Videos like this gives better understanding of the hard work that goes behind the scenes and what HGV drivers face on the road which is useful for car drivers so that we can be more considerate and help each other.
Love your videos xxx
Great video very enjoyable t watch cheers.
Hi Jemz💎, Beautiful countryside in Norfolk, quite flat but beautiful nonetheless. Looked less stressful than usual LOL, but Jemz💎
takes everything in her stride. Absolutely great start to the weekend, thanks for sharing Jemz💎.
I hope you and Ryan have a great weekend. Take care, stay safe and happy and safe driving. ❤
You work so hard Gemma. I hope that you are able,to distress and wind down in a regular basis. You are a credit xx
A very good Saturday morning to you all
Love your videos you are a really good driver! One question I'm being in the USA why do all of you call your trucks lorry's??
HI Jemma
You do get around on this video , trying to find the farm in Wales must have been a nightmare not knowing what you would come up against on the narrow roads . As you say the view from the cab is well worth it. When are you going to get the windscreen replaced look like the chip and now become a long crack.
Idea for new books
Jemma's scenic road trips
Jemma's cook book
🙂
The scrambled eggs and tomato soup gets my approval.
I'm almost convinced to buy some.
Hi Jemma, great to see you near my neck of the woods at Abersoch. Great driving skill as usual. Keep safe!
Hi jemma I'm Vaughan from Australia would drive road trains here in the outback nice watching you
Hi Jemma , you are a very hard worker . Can i just ask how you checked for weight restrictions on your phone ? . Many thanks , all the best .
Looked like you were going to Richard Longs, when you went through Wymondham, I was thinking to myself they must know if you can get a truck there.
Just don’t know how you do it. All those narrow country roads and farm lanes. When you do your daily checks there’s no hedge rash or scratches on the truck anywhere as far as I can see. Stay safe pretty trucker. All the best Mick🇬🇧
