- In this week’s episode, Harrison and I do a complete mid-year reset, with a focus on goal setting & manifesting our next 6 months. I have a TON of major life changes happening right now - soon-to-be mom, new business, new relationship, moving cities (🤯) - I needed a little reset.
We walk through Harrison’s goal-setting framework, which covers five key buckets: family, friends, love life, impact (job), and wellbeing. And also share our goals for the second half of the year, as individuals and as a couple.
Two things I learned while prepping… You are 42% more likely to achieve your goals if you write them down, and 65% more likely if you share them with an accountability partner. What do you think my odds are now that I’ve shared them with all of you?!

A good sub goal for Alex would be to do your hair and makeup once a week. I say this as a mom of two who realized that I was seeing myself as a mom and forgetting that I’m still me and I’m still dating my husband.
But some people need it more than once a week. Maybe a goal would be for when you are in public, take 3 minutes to put on lipstick, mascara and blush. At home in bed, do nothing.
