Thank you for mentioning the coconut flour substitute! I prefer not to use nut flours if at all possible.
Hi Jamie -- my 1:1 substitute for nut flour is fine ground sunflower seed flour, instead of almond flour. It's also _pretty cheap at Trader Joe's_ if you get the raw shelled seeds & grind them yourself.

Hi Jennifer -- (1) Do you typically use *_unsalted_*_ butter_ in your recipes? You didn't specify. (2) Also, is that _Diamond_ or _Morton's_ kosher salt? They have totally different levels of saltiness. Thx
I think video calls for 2 eggs, but written recipe calls for 3 eggs ... what would the difference in the results be? (I am not a baker. brownies are about my speed)

I think Jennifer most often uses Swerve sweeteners. I always use Lakanto "Classic" & "Golden" in my low carb baking and have always had excellent results.
Not easiest BEST I made half cooked 😔 n my mini dash waffle iron Oooooh yea..I used monfruit white.swerve brown..small squirt of stevia just fab. Thanks telling friends
