@@hopebgood They were making a joke about it even existing in the show. Stating that someone had the idea, they drafted this concept for the costume, and actually created the episode with something so absurd looking. There is no need for disrespect.
Imagine the Abzorbaloff in a darker episode with a few tweaks in the design; I mean, absorbing people is a dark power to have. I get Doctor Who is for kids and the Abzorbaloff was created by a child in a contest but just imagine if he had chunks of crushed bones poking through his flesh from his victims; his skin colour should get darker and blotchy with every absorption showing that the blood of his victims is seeping into his genealogy. Oh well.
This would be such a great concept! Especially with SFX getting better and better, I personally loved that episode and everything about it but a more adult themed darker abzorbaloff would be epic!!
I still love the makeup for Eldrad, both male and female. For its time Davros, the Michael Wisher version is the best. Prosthetics have only gotten better.
Make Up is kinda considered a costume as a costume always comes down to a design composite. And they are still memorable and fairly scary in a Doctor Who kind of way.
The story's and monsters on doctor who used to be more creative and realistic but now it is like they have run out of ideas just look at the old series for inspiration of what they should look like
Benni deserves his own series
Abzorbaloff is one of the monsters in Doctor Who.
That's quite right. He is. The Daleks are monsters in Doctor Who as well, and apparently Tom Baker was in it a few times. 🙄

Thank you for including Classic and New! ❤
Amazing they count the Abzorbaloff as a memorable costume, but not the KandyMan, Silence, Daleks, Weeping Angels or Sea Devils XD

i hope RTD gives the monster the proportions it deserves (it was supposed to be the size of a bus) cmon makes us happy!!!!
@@juango500 Maybe when the 15th Doctor travels to Clom
It would make sense, because the child is all grown up now.
The soil in that region is very fertile. Crazy how different armies keep bringing in the fertilizer.
It's funny that Victor Kennedy has a London accent, but in his Abzorbaloff form, it shifts to a Northerner accent
No Slitheen? Sorry but that was a great costume they were huge
Yeah was disappointed there was no Slitheen or Sea Devils.

would you count the flood monsters as a costume? it seemed more like it was just make up
Still terrifying

All the monsters we see today is prosthetics. Some people say makeup and others say costume.
