Do you think the mom cozy M9 is as good as the M5? I was thinking about getting the m9 as my secondary pump.

This was so gooood! Two of my fav pumping and breastfeeding experts in a collab! I would LOVE a similar video with your thoughts on flanges. I almost gave up on the Pumpables pump BECAUSE of their liquid shield kit. The fitting room folks advised me that even though I have 11mm nipples I would be able to use the 15mm kit because they don’t have a smaller size. Phew! So much pain and struggle later, I’m now using the Idaho Jones silicone flanges with the inserts and it’s working perfectly for me. The whole flange adventure can be such a challenge and defeat even an excellent pump.

Did you say the Lansinoh Smartpump 3.0 has been known to destroy supply?!?! I'm shocked! But very thankful I clicked on this video!! I want to say upfront, I apologize if I have left this same question on another one of your videos but I am 2 weeks away from delivery (at most) and I STILL haven't decided on a pump. I'm indecisive anyway and pregnancy brain combined with Christmas time and 3 kids to try to care for and put together Christmas for during a difficult pregnancy is NOT helping so I have been asking every Mom and LC I can find that I think might have an answer and a prayer of responding so I've sort of lost track of who I've asked and who I haven't. Anyway, I NEED HELP! As said, I'm due in 2 weeks (well scheduled for induction then if I can make it that long 🙏🤞, not actually due for well over a month - very complicated pregnancy I won't get into). Unfortunately my insurance only covers like 5 pumps and I've ruled out 3, at least before this video I had (ones a handpump, one is the Ameda Mya Joy [not plus] but I HATED the Ameda I had with previous baby although it was a different one and the Motif Duo), I've narrowed it down to the Motif Luna (no battery) and the Lansinoh Smartpump 3.0 because they seemed to have the best reviews of the ones offered and were recommended the most of what I could find on YT. I need a STRONG suction to fully empty my breasts and I may be exclusively pumping, especially at first as we anticipate a NICU stay, which pump would you recommend?? I've also considered ordering a Spectra S1 or Spectra Synergy Gold out of pocket but whichever I get from insurance will obviously be my primary pump until I can do that. Do you think I'll need that with one of the other pumps, whichever you recommend? If so do you recommend the S1 or the Gold (non-portable)?? Does the Lansinoh tank MOST people's supply or just some and do you know why that happens with it just so I can evaluate if I think that would happen to me?? I EPed with my last baby and seriously struggled to keep a supply and don't want that to happen again!! Again, so sorry if I've left you this comment before but I'm kinda panicked here and just desperately searching for information and opinions!! TIA for your answers and understanding! ❤

That's so interesting! A few brands are very common in Europe too, but a few are unknown to me.
Surprising to see Medela scores so badly for you.
Spectra is known as a sub brand here. Lansinoh is good for bottles and nipple shields, I dont know their pump. The other brands are unknown to me.
The newest Ardo (Melia) is selling really well in my practice - where clients can test what a pump feels like. Elvie is doing well too and one of my own favourites is the Youha, bc they are só intuitive..

You briefly spoke about Unimom. Which unimom pump do you recommend? Are they all good?
