Hi David, I would say, your setup is absolutely beautiful, I am using a similar grinder as yours but E37z without the hero, lol, and I am so wishful to own a R9 One. we even have the same watch lol. Quick question, how is your E37 hero working? I found out my E37 Naked is kind easy to get the static electric charge issue where the ground just flying all over the place. I did also RDT, but seems still have some flying around. just want to see how satisfied you are with your Ceado.
So we both have very good taste 😄. My Ceado is absolutely amazing. Have no static issues. Even when not using RDT the static is minimal. You can see the grind quality and no static in few of my videos. I truly thing this is by far the best grinder on the market at this point (considering grind quality, noise, looks and work flow).
Thank you. I always use some sort of a profile depending on the beans and the taste profile I want to get. Usually my go to profile is a slow ramp up to 9 or 6 bar (again depending on the beans) and a slow ramp down at the last quarter of the shot.

Nice
Nice one David! did you use a flat profile on the Rocket?

Did you brew your shot in like 15sec?
The shot time was 24 seconds from pump start
