10 Minute Arm Workout Breakdown:
Perform each exercise for 30 seconds, with a 30 second rest in between each set.
Exercise 1 - Alternating Dumbbell Curl
Exercise 2 - Overhead Dumbbell Extension
Exercise 3 - Wide Grip Bicep Curls
Exercise 4 - Dumbbell Neutral Grip Curls

Is it bad to do 50 reps a exercise?
I’d recommend higher weight (to your comfort lvl of course) & fewer reps if your goal is to build muscle
