It looks great. As for the video, I cannot understand why the ingredient measurements cannot be given as you go along? So, I just skipped and find a recipe video that does.

I’m happy to explain that. Because I don’t know a single person who watches a video, over and over again in full to get a a recipe list with measurements. People do that by looking at a written list. The video is merely a visual instructional piece to accompany the written recipe. In it, you’ll be able to get a feel for the different steps, what textures and consistencies to look for in the recipe and something that shows you each step, clearly. The written recipes live on my website and are free and easy to access. I simply do not know anyone who watches a video to measure out ingredients. Hope that helps clarify why I don’t include them. I used to, just don’t see the point. They don’t add to the video.
