Nick’s recipes are delicious! I think I’ve tried every one on his site! I have a traditional tart tin, but I want (or should I say NEED) the one he has! I have the mini ventilated tart rings by Valrhona, but sometimes you just the whole enchilada! 🤣🤣🤣
