Out of so many crème brûlée recipes out there on TH-cam this is the one that I’ve decided to go for and never regretted! It’s been in our family for 2 years now and I’m preparing it today again for Christmas!
I tested the recipe and it was delicious. The quantities in the recipe only allowed me to make 3 crèmes brûlées, so I doubled it to have 6 of them. The recipe is quite easy; I managed on the first try. I did not have a blow torch so I didn't add any sugar on top and caramelize it. It was still great. You can use the leftover egg whites by mixing them with some veggies and stir-frying it all on a pan. That way nothing goes to waste.
Just a kind reminder: For people who don’t have a blowtorch at home, take an unused spoon and heat it under fire, then gently put that on top of the creme brûlée. But be careful not to burn your fingers!
The number of times I've clicked onto a creme brûlée video and realised I have all the ingredients followed by the realisation that I _don't have_ the freaking brûlée torch is innumerable. Thank you for telling me this 😭
@@daisywu5114 You cud even use the griller option in an OTG to caramelise the sugar. It needs careful watching though to remove it just when the sugar caramelised.

I made your creme brûlée today. Made a double batch so I shared with my granddaughters. One thing I added was a vanilla bean. Scraped the seeds and added to the milk. And was yummy.
Out of other recipes this is the most suitable to my liking. The level of sweetness just on point. And cause i have exactly 250 ml of Anchor Whipping Cream, I made all of them and just balance the milk quantity to 50 ml. And the taste is exquisite. This recipe makes a total of 4 portion of creme brulee. Love your work and thanks for sharing. All the best😊
Just tried this recipe, it is beyond reproach! Absolutely perfect! Thank you Nino! Being the second recipe I try from you, none has failed. This guy is legit! 😊
For people who don't have a blow torch at home, another method can just to melt sugar with the tiniest bit of water and honey until caramelised and then just pour it over the cream. You have to be very careful about the temperature and amount though other wise you’ll get an over burnt or undercaramalized sugar
the “arson poggg” caught me off guard by a lot, but only after reading this did i notice the tone indicators (i wasn’t reading the captions as much this time around)! it really is a nice gesture, especially since i also have a hard time with tone and tend to need tone indicators often
If anyone who doesn't have a blow torch you could put 1:1 ratio of water and sugar on a pan boil them to almost burnt since brulé meant burnt anyway after youve done the caramel pour it on top sit for some time then enjoy!
that works but if u want an easier method you can just sprinkle ur sugar over it, and broil in a toaster oven/ conventional oven/ normal oven/ air fryer (though i haven't tried air fryer, try it at ur own risk) for 5 minutes then cool and enjoy with some fruit

I never knew how creme bruleé was made. I always thought it was super hard to make lol. It looks pretty easy. This is my favorite dessert. There's a restaurant I know called "Water street cafe" (bc. Van) and they make lavender & raspberry creme bruleé....OMG it is Soooo delicious!!! I swear I could it everyday. But then i would get sick of it lol. I wish i knew how they made theirs. So i can make it at home lol. Anyways thanks for showing how to make this, I will have to make some for myself and my parents to try 😀🙏

I think Nino mentioned a long while ago that no one in real life knew his channel, and no one on his channel knew who we was in real life. So it's quite funny to imagine someone goes to his house and finds it FULL of really cute cooking stuff and little shirts for his cats and stuff hehe
I'd love to try this! I've never had creme brulee before, this seems like a safe standard recipe for a first time trying the dessert unless I find a place that has it on their menu.
