- Not many cars can do both, be economical, and provide performance when needed. I purchased this F11 three series for just $3700.
This is now a 10-year-old shitbox, how did it hold up?

Ohhhhhh god good luck with this car I put about half a year to the x5 m57 diesel but now it a stage 3 straight pipe ultra powerful coal rolling machine I love it
The Land Rover and BMW experience are very similar. There’s a lot of enjoyment and fun, later there’s busted knuckles and a lower checking account balance
great intro!
Super impressive! Looking to pick one up and make content as well! Always been a fan of fuel efficiency and this would make a great addition!
Speaking of the devil I just purchased the one I was looking at and will be taking delivery in the next week!
Over here in the UK and europe these are very popular its called the 320d here. But the majority of 3 series sold of that gen were diesel because of the economy and cheaper road tax in many countries.
I have a Jaguar S-Type TDV6 and that does about 26-28mpg city 45-50mpg highway and it feels quicker than the 3 litre petrol I had prior to this one.
We have so few here that I’ll take what I can get!
We are swapping a BMW M57N2 engine on our Defender 110 project. The best of both worlds IMHO 😊.
I think that would be very decent!
@@AddictedMotors Indeed! We were thinking about going the LS route, but nothing compares the balance between MPG and power/torque of that 3.0 diesel.
would this car be reliable as a first car 2016 around 75k ish miles
Yes
@@AddictedMotors have you had any trouble with the timing chain? Rattling on cold start heard from cabin?
@@lxstmax nope
