Thank you so much guys!!! I did 2 sets of 10 knee bends and 10 hamstring curls! I am a sedentary 59 year old woman and I NEED to strengthen my knees, they are weak and if I crouch down I can barely come up and I need furniture around to help me lift. Do you think that regular walking would help too?? Thank you again, you helped me today :).
