Thank you for these videos. Can you show us some to strenghen the core plse. I heard somewhere that when you lower back suffers, its because the core is weak. If that is true, that is my problem

Seniors commonly have osteoporosis. Back should remain straight always.
Can one do these exercises if one has augular hernia?
I am not a senior, yet,my back is very sore, so bending my back is sore.
Very important to move , but, I guess I need more healing time.
