The aesthetics of this mod are amazing. I really want to see this alongside some Astral Sorcery. Thanks for continuing to make Bit-by-Bits, Valen. You're making guides in a community where documentation is often scarce or nonexistant. I second the Abyssalcraft request, if you think you're up for it. I believe it would help a lot of people.
So sad I wasnt able to have enough free time to help push this mod to 0.2.0, but I am so happy that I have been a part of it. Hope I can be a part of the future of the mod in the future and help push it to 1.0.0. -Lenyeto (since my TH-cam doesnt say my username)
Just finished watching, that was incredibly thorough and really well done, thank you for making this Vallen! Sad that some of the more ae-like network stuff didn't make it in 0.2.0, but its gonna be pretty incredible once that is finished.
@@Lenyeto You laid an amazing groundwork for us to continue on! We decided to focus on early- to mid-game because it wasn't feasible to have everything ready in time (network storage, etc). The aim is to start rolling it out rapidly over the next few versions.
@@noobanidus3137 Yea, so far it has cleaned up incredibly, the visuals (which I though were pretty amazing before) have just skyrocketed in quality. Bro I been watching this guys for years, he was a godsend for me when playing 1.7.10 and somehow he always covers the exact mods I play lol, thank you so much sir
I love this mod so much! It replaces various messy hacks like modded enderchests to funnel products into sorted storage. It incorporates whatever chest setup you have with the eyes, too. It is beautiful on top of that. And finally, the fluid tank + amphorae system is The Best Fluid System in modded, easily! It is an ender tank in item form, linked to s physical tank in the world, in any direction. Put on in a coke oven to pull out creosote, put one in a diesel generator to provide fuel, use it as a bottomless bucket, it's just so good! I'm so glad Glacial Awakening showed me its wonders.
I sat through this entire thing. for no reason whatsoever. your content is just that good, man XD. i think i might have found my new preferred storage mod.
I really like your bit by bits, they help me understand mods very well! Can you maybe do one on AbyssalCraft? That mod is so confusing for me, and I can’t be the only one. I have looked for a guide, but can’t find one. Your videos are great, keep up the good work!
To say that the visuals and artwork for this mod is great would be a total understatement. This is why I play Minecraft! would love to see this mod as an alternative for AE and RS, just because of how gorgeous this looks. Thank you so much developers!
There were a couple of pack-making people that were curious about it, but the state of the mod wasn't anywhere near polished enough to be included in packs. Perhaps it might get included in a later version of Mystical Skies though!
First off love your bit-by-bits. I hate to be another one of those people nagging for a certain mod bit-by-bit, but can you consider doing Advanced Rocketry? That mod doesn't have a very good/in-depth documentation yet and I think it would be beneficial to a lot of players! Thanks again for another amazing Bit-by-Bit!
This is such an awesome magical mod. It replaces so many mods that didn't quite fit into my "magical/nature" themed pack. Sure, the brazure can't be an ender chest, but if you have a dropper, it can.
I added this mod to the list of mods I play which magically themed after I saw this video and it is great, for early game and simple storage system that doesn't take up all your time. For those interest in a request feature before it is added, it pairs with botania's corporea, put a manifest next to an index and when you are using it you can hover over the item you want and use the botania hotkey that requests the item and shift+hotkey for a stack, it reminded me of the request pipes but quicker, less messy and magical.
I will probably make ample use of it as a decoration too, just for a pleasant alternative to the boring old torch, and to not have glowing lights all over. It's quite æstetically pleasing. The fact that it's useful aswell, is just a lovely little bonus. ^^
@@potatoking5602 It's actually going to have built-in interactions with certain other magic mods, including Thaumcraft and Astral Sorcery. Question about the amphora! If it's linked to a tank and in fill mode, could you scoop up lava with it, and have said lava instantly teleport back to the tank it's linked to? I didn't notice if you covered that...

So, I don’t know if you’d even see this comment, but your videos have recently gotten me back into modded Minecraft, and I figured I might as well give it a try in case you do see this. I’ve recently started a new playthrough with this mod called Minecolonies. It’s a pretty big mod, and it’s pretty much a version of the Sims in Minecraft, and I was wondering if you could do a bit-by-bit on the mod at some point? Even just a basics video or maybe just a video with a brief explanation of what it is exactly that each worker/building does. The mod is great, and it’s been fun to play with so far, but I feel like I’m missing out on a lot of content because their wiki page is kind of lacking in information. Thanks in advance!
@@CassilydiaEden That is 100% correct. The mod will eventually have network & remote storage, crafting, etc. You can check out the Discord to see our progress as we work towards those goals!
Ok, I'm not sure if you know about this, but whenever I'm on a multiplayer server and put more than one other person on my network, I can no longer look through my manifest. Do you have any idea if this is a bug or not?
There is no remote way of accessing the contents of chests (either in the Radiant Crafting Table or the Gem Cutter's Table, or through the Manifest). What we have at the minute is merely a tracking system. Later storage devices will integrated with the Matrix Core (not seen in the video) and allow for more complex system. This will roll out rapidly (hopefully!) over the next few versions.
Braziers are deleting my items i put into them on the All the mods: all the magic modpack server I host for my friends. anyone else having issues with them?
There are a number of features that are (I hope!) relatively easy to grasp. Indeed, there are actually more features (including some that are disabled by default but can be enabled if you so choose) than were covered in the entire video. The documentation is extremely extensive, and in addition (and as was mentioned), there's a series of advancements you can follow if you'd prefer. Once you have Radiant Quartz production going and you've made a Gem Cutter's Table, you have access to everything. There's nothing that you need to unlock -- just gathering the resources and following the recipes to craft the things that you want to craft.
This - early game storage system (you can view and add new resources, but can't access it), Botania's Corporea Network - late game storage system (because with it you can gather resouces in long distance away from base)
The only inventory mod Ive ever actually enjoyed using. Really hope it makes a return for newer versions.
