Zombie Piglins/pigmen inherit most of their code from zombies and one of the artefacts of this is that they can spawn reinforcements when hurt and thus spawn zombies instead of piglins/pigmen. I love your laid back and cordial commentary style; the witty remarks throughout the video was very refreshing and it made the entire video have a cozy vibe to it. Hope to see more in the future 👍
Just a suggestion, whenever you aren't transitioning through bigger events (example, going from wandering around to baiting ghasts into shooting you) and instead you're cutting up parts of the same task you should make it so that instead of an instant transition its a fade instead.
i really miss the old nether i used to spend a long time living there, and it was a fun challenge getting resources. i built a machine to automatically refill water buckets (throw them through a portal, where they get picked up by a hopper, refilled with a dispenser, and sent back) now, surviving in the nether is basically the same as the overworld
not sure if this wasn't possible in 1.15.2 but I've seen skyblock players use 2 dirt and 2 gravel to make 4 course dirt, hoe it, and jump on it to get more dirt. That plus the regular zombie reinforcements having a change to drop carrots and potatoes having 2 dirt allowed instead of 1 could open up farming and even golden carrots
this video felt like a light snack more than a heavily over saturated video gameplay one would usually make tbh which is why i subbed to u for this unique storytelling
Unless I'm misremembering, if you place a door sideways it should prevent zombies from breaking them with the only downside being a pressure plate would slam the door if your face instead of opening it. Love the vid!
I think you should allow yourself world backups at this point so you can be way more ambitious and create the most amazing old nether anyone's ever seen.
technically you could use the overworld like a skyblock. heres the idea: Using the blocks found in the nether, you could construct an overworld mob farm. That would blow the doors wide open. You could find witches that would lead to villagers through curing, better yet, if its placed above a biome with blocks, you could kill endermen who are holding blocks, and the best would be grass and stone. You could farm golden swords and create an anvil for a great sword potenially with looting 3 and mending, meaning you could then farm mobs easier. actually, villagers would solve that by a bit. You could make beacons using sand farmed from enderman for glass, then opening a hole in the nether roof. Id consider a full beacon the greatest goal in a challenge like this.'
If you rotate the doors by 90° and then "close" them, mobs will think they're open and can't break them down. Only problem is pressure plates won't work anymore.

also this was a super entertaining video. you accomplished way more than i thought possible!
I really appreciate it
I love the voice overs, they're a mix of voice and a hint of upper class choice of words, like saying lumber instead of wood. Best of luck
just found your channel for the first time and I'm surprised you only have 2k subs! I think you deserve way more! awesome vid, you just got a new subscriber
I'm amazed that I can entertain so many people! Thank you!
This challenge was really fun to watch! The fireball reflect at 22:24 was my favorite moment, it was so cool. I love your laid back and cordial commentary style; the witty remarks throughout the video was very refreshing and it made the entire video have a cozy vibe to it. Hope to see more in the future 👍
7:21 4 endermen at once in the same place?? damn
That freaked me out too
This feels so nice to watch compared to the other over saturated minecraft videos on youtube. Keep up the good work man :)
amazing video! I've searched through multiple videos to try and find something unique, and difficult. This was it!
This channel has got me back to playing Minecraft I love your videos!
I'm glad to hear it!
idrk how to explain it but this video makes me incredibly happy. 10/10 , this is very comforting. great content
This is an amazing video man, I was shocked to see the sub and view counts only in the thousands. This deserves to be seen
You shouldn't have killed the chicken and used the eggs to get more and therefore have a better food source
Just a suggestion, whenever you aren't transitioning through bigger events (example, going from wandering around to baiting ghasts into shooting you) and instead you're cutting up parts of the same task you should make it so that instead of an instant transition its a fade instead.
nice advice
I think I might do that! Thanks
i really miss the old nether
i used to spend a long time living there, and it was a fun challenge getting resources. i built a machine to automatically refill water buckets (throw them through a portal, where they get picked up by a hopper, refilled with a dispenser, and sent back)
now, surviving in the nether is basically the same as the overworld
This is the first time i actually enjoyed watching a Minecraft video in a long time. Thank you!
not sure if this wasn't possible in 1.15.2 but I've seen skyblock players use 2 dirt and 2 gravel to make 4 course dirt, hoe it, and jump on it to get more dirt. That plus the regular zombie reinforcements having a change to drop carrots and potatoes having 2 dirt allowed instead of 1 could open up farming and even golden carrots
It's been possible since at least 1.12, probably 1.8.
BAN's rules only allowed him one dirt block so no duplicating dirt for this one.
would love to see this world continued in the 1.16 nether tbh
You got it
ralsei
this video felt like a light snack more than a heavily over saturated video gameplay one would usually make tbh which is why i subbed to u for this unique storytelling
I wanna see BOTH!!!!! Another 100days and then beat the game! If you are up to it then I will be happy to see it!
def going on top 5 100 day challenge videos, amazing video!
tip: you can combine low durrability tools like gold swords in your inventory to create ones with higher durrability than both durrabilities added up.
Would absolutely love to see another 100 days with more footage, and updated to as recent as possible before the major update!
Unless I'm misremembering, if you place a door sideways it should prevent zombies from breaking them with the only downside being a pressure plate would slam the door if your face instead of opening it. Love the vid!
THIS is the actual challenge
I think you should allow yourself world backups at this point so you can be way more ambitious and create the most amazing old nether anyone's ever seen.
Literally came here from that luke the notable nether video to this absolute masterpiece to eat my cereal to.
New sub.
Wow an LTD video suggested MINE? That's Amazing!
technically you could use the overworld like a skyblock. heres the idea:
Using the blocks found in the nether, you could construct an overworld mob farm.
HERES A CHALANGE- defeat the wither in your nether world!
14:37 "haha! My decoy worked!" ahh kill
This is a very well made video. And you used the old textures. Very Cool 👍
Love the commentary. So nice to watch a Minecraft video without cringey screaming and editing
This really intrigued me. And that’s hard to do.
If you rotate the doors by 90° and then "close" them, mobs will think they're open and can't break them down. Only problem is pressure plates won't work anymore.
I really like how chill this video was
The time when nether was actually like hell
bro that magma cube kill was really funny
Amazing video, you speaking over the recording is really nice and relaxing.
Thought this was Luke thenotable from the thumbnail, its really great!!
Now do that challange in better than wolves
oh god...
So authentic and fun to watch, I watched until the end!
little tip: by placing a door 90 degrees rotated, so when its closed its technically open, zombies wont knock on it, and they cant get in...
Yes pigmen can spawn zombie reinforcements when they are attacked.
old nether superiority
Chill vibe, great editing, you honestly deserve more subs. I'm staying here :D
