This is a fascinating interview because Simon is so skillful and true to what he teaches, he helps a terrible interviewer engage through better listening. As a result, she became a better interviewer in the second half of the conversation. Simon walks his talk and does it in a way that is respectful and caring.

It's not her session with Simon. It's a session to learn from one of the most articulate speaker of our times.

It was a dialogue and was meant for her group. We had the privilege of being able to listen and watch. I actually liked it. I’ve listened to his canned speeches, which are great, but this was better.

While Simon is giving great values, the lady is poor listener as well as poor anchor who does not know where to interup. She needs training for listening skills. Simon felt that and picked up topic of listening quickly. It has been repeated throughout. Thanks Simon for the value delivered and we are listening

Just like Simon's reference to 'trust is created between the meetings', these full length videos offer so much more. The unscripted side bar conversations and unexpected deviations from the script just make his message so much more entertaining and fulfilling. Thanks Simon. Keep them coming.

Thank you, Simon. ❤ I like this lady - because of her this video sounds more like a friendly conversation, not a formal speech, or interview.

Telling a single personal story vs stats about news or what was accumulated, touched someone much deeper. And connects more than the global story.

I am getting way to many responses and I want to make it very clear the other world known Christian organization I was involved with that work with people from all around the world and not only stay by their mission but act in accordance to their faith. That’s where I had the honor meeting all this wonderful people from all over the place and made close connections with. So there are true organizations at heart that carry their mission by their acts and show through their servants hearts.

This was painful to watch. She was very annoying and just had to keep in the conversation, which is terrible for a host. The constant plug for her company was very annoying, I know her company is hosting this, but it is still annoying and ruined the video overall.

Simon is fantastic with human relationships, and building a business model out of working together, but this interviewer is a typical REA, with the outfit, the makeup, and probably a recently washed Cadillac or Lexus in the parking lot. She loves the attention, and the sound of her own voice, and cannot let Simon speak without interrupting or making some grand gesture to show that she's energetic and hip. She seems interested in the understanding empathetic side of the interaction, but then it's all about numbers and being the top producer for the agency... Simon's message is lost, immediately after the conference, and she will go back to the way she used to do things...

Ironic seeing this talk given to the most fixed industry in the world. Fixed commission structure predicated on a monopoly abusing their lobbying power. The players are fixed, the victims are fixed, the people keeping the antiquated and unnatural business process is fixed. There's nothing growth or infinite mindset about the real estate business.
