Simon is amazing. His speeches have always been inspiring. What sets him apart from many others doing the same thing is his ability to put things into layman terms and yet able to bring out an important point that’s actually convincing and can be put into practice. There are plenty out there who are trying to copy him, but it just doesn’t work. Simon is original and very genuine. Thank you for sharing

The day after I was laid off around the beginning of April, a little more than four months back, on the first day after not having to go to a job was when I was hit with the "Simon Slime" - Simon's aura sticks to you like glue. I could in no way articulate like him, but I can say that I have a fresh way of looking at the world with new eyes. I was offered a job that will start in the new coming week, so cheers to new career beginnings. Thank you, Simon - You are for real ;*)

People who are in trouble don't need someone to cry with them. They need someone they can rely on.

This conversation is absolutely invaluable and amazing!!!! Thank you guys for this… it’s been a long rd for me as I’m a kindergarten teacher and seeing the chaos in society because I see what these small people are projecting and telling me in my classroom.. and it’s sad what I see… you’ve covered so many things and I’m so grateful for this …… I wish I had people to cry with

You are right! You are not naive! The critic knows nothing!!
Unfortunately only a small percentage of people who run large businesses know anything about how to do so!
If more of them followed your principles, 80% of people that work for these “managers” would feel better about doing so, and wouldn’t be quitting their boss!

I respect Simon. I am building a positive, environmentally conscious company mindful of Simon’s brilliant teaching. He’s my professional idol. I can not believe or fathom why he respects a criminal who knowingly did illegal things. She came a long a way and became a positive person. There are tens of thousands of business owners who did only legal and correct things who never get recognized. Small business owners especially. Who sings their praises?
