S Sineck is on the market for years, advocates for people and great leadership, he is invited at WGS and non of what he is promotes is implemented by the Government or Corporations. His book and teaching should be a "must" in each business and Government. His team should audit constantly to make sure everyone implement his values. It takes years to get to this ideal of leadership where humans are more valued than the profits. He speaks about 3 principles and I personally don't feel safe or believe in today's ideology of Government leadership where we are not allowed to speak freely or the human rights start to disappear, and hate, division are promoted in the society instead of freedom of choices.

Simon....as a Feng Shui Master FS the Planetree Library in SF. One of US largest domed structures. After confidentially interviewing every employee from admin to receptionist to volunteer the environment desperateley needed to be changed. It was too open and people were fearful and at each others backs.
I agree shifting environments physically, psychologically, even financially must include trust and flexibiluty. Valuing employees is imperative#
    Great point you made

@@TheZGALasounds great. Keep in mind in Feng Shui it iz said that there are no perfectly straight edges in nature. even a pine needle upon microscopic revelation has curved arteries and veins. Feng shui ....REAL FS is complex. i attended graduate level Chinese medical school to becone an OMD for a yr b4 i graduated with MA in counseling psychology. Formally held minor in Fine arts in undergrad from SSU. so i had the great fortune of traveling the world 3x as a chikd, then universirt trained in art history, sociology, psychology with honors. 1 complimentary tip I have fir you is to not use sharp edges on walls and furniture. some say it is "clean lines" in truth it curs the electrical field of humans. Domed is great for energy harnessing. dont 4get colors and the 70z has alott of research about the effect of color on the brain which we see in advertizing this day. 1 idea is diferent colored environments that children are placed in and even shifted throughout the day, or season.
example yellow stimulates ceeativity and can lift depression yet many do not stay in a yellow room long. In FS it is the color of earth and is grounding. art work should be chosen and placed accordingly to FS principals. sound and no sound important.
what about a white room lighting that changes colors. or the adult can change colors or stay in the color of their choice. ....
FS is personal and corporate. As a Master i wrote globally in 01. my master did the UNITED nations.
My consultation fees were set by Grand Master Lin Yun, and Hua. You prohect sounds fun and wonder full. Let's open this thread and explore our options. I prefer win win situations and am sir.10 you do as well. Ido not email much...prefer text

Who would have thought Christian values and biblical views would work in business, government and life. I hope he makes a lasting impact on the world and gives Jesus the credit.

I'm 33 and in the same emotional state. Although i DO know my why... i find my network very short sighted in this mindset - How does one find network with people more influencial... "If you come from nothing, how do you gain recognition from something?"

Focus on your why and make it your strength. Imagine yourself a magnet. You have north (strength) and south (weakness) poles that will naturally attract like minded people. You have to be sure of yourself, of your strengths and weaknesses, of what you can achieve and make it your own. People will gravitate to you because you have the 'right' values.
Dont spend time finding the right people, spend time being the right person.

"...law of diffusion of innovation .....
early adopters -high risk tolerance, comfy with being part of something that reflects their values ...
majority- cynical, practical, whats in it for me, price, quality, service, features...
laggards- forced to change due to the only option, late adopters
instead of forcing the majority, invite the early adopters by making it difficult to adopt/join using barriers so that people who really want to be there come which are early adopters
be clear about vision and values
Early adopters create demand from everybody else because talk about their exp
    invite
    make no promises
phase out instead of rolling out...."
