S Sineck is on the market for years, advocates for people and great leadership, he is invited at WGS and non of what he is promotes is implemented by the Government or Corporations. His book and teaching should be a "must" in each business and Government. His team should audit constantly to make sure everyone implement his values. It takes years to get to this ideal of leadership where humans are more valued than the profits. He speaks about 3 principles and I personally don't feel safe or believe in today's ideology of Government leadership where we are not allowed to speak freely or the human rights start to disappear, and hate, division are promoted in the society instead of freedom of choices.

Focus on your why and make it your strength. Imagine yourself a magnet. You have north (strength) and south (weakness) poles that will naturally attract like minded people. You have to be sure of yourself, of your strengths and weaknesses, of what you can achieve and make it your own. People will gravitate to you because you have the 'right' values. Dont spend time finding the right people, spend time being the right person.
