I used JunkCtrl debloater and Wintoys, is it ok? I have a laptop with hdd with GPT, cannot upgrade to ssd, do you have recommendation to make it faster? I had defragmented it but only slight increase

imagine using hdd in 2024. SSD are 10 times faster. They are dirt cheap as well with the cheapest ones around 25$. HDD AND SSD are night and day difference.
From someone who started using ssd a year ago!
