    My back has been bugging me so badly this week so I was really happily surprised when I came to your channel and saw you had recently posted this! I love how you adddress the entire spine from pelvis to the neck, and how calm and stretchy the whole video is.

    Thank you once again for a great class! I have now been doing yoga almost everyday since I have found you several months ago. I had to stop climbing for a few months due to injuries that weren’t healing completely but I have managed to stay in very good shape just doing yoga with you!
