Hang out with me while I unbox and review the Safe Life Defense Tactical Belt! Could this be the best tactical belt on the market? Watch and find out as I put the belt through its paces both at home and on the range!
In case you're wondering, the belt I'm wearing is OD Green in size Medium. I am 6'01" sporting a 190 pound dad-bod of twisted steel and sex appeal, and the belt was a perfect fit! I'm also wearing a Johnny Tactical logo t-shirt and trucker cap, @outdoorresearch Ferrosi pants, @HighSpeedGearInc TACO mag pouches, and @SalomonTV Speedcross trail running shoes. My pistol is a @sigsauerinc P320, the suppressed rifle is a @sigsauerinc MCX chambered in 300 Blackout, and the other rifle is an Unbranded AR chambered in 5.56.

I dig the apron for house chores & such!! Buuuuuut u definitely need an apron that's OCP, OD green, SWAT blue, Coyote tan, or Ninja black!! 😂

Does the inner Velcro have enough retention to hold up ones pants? Or will have to finagle a belt somewhere in the mix. Thank you for the help in advance!
Oh no, that inner belt has plenty of retention. You won’t need anything else
Tactical belts have come a long way in the last decade. I look back at the big fat wide ass kidney pad I used 10 years ago to the slim lined inner & outer belts now that are better designed & slicker that work better with carriers & minimalist rigs. The Evolution of the Battlebelt has come far…..

@@johnny_tactical I had suspenders hooked on mine 😂 because even with the belt through it you still needed more support to hold it up 🤣

Did you have issues with space behind the buckle? I feel like the adjustable side pokes out at the buckle. Thanks!
I haven’t had any issues like that. One thing to keep in mind whenever using two belts (an underbelt and an over belt) is to make sure the under belt is cinched up tight, because if not, and the over belt is, then you’ll get almost like a bubble or a wave in the belt that usually creates a big space behind the buckle.
As for the adjustable side of the over belt, I don’t have any issues with anything poking out.

How did you get the male side of the cobra buckle to lay flat? Is that part of the break-in period? I just put my belt together last night.
