Brother you are doing great favor to our society..
I have a little suggestion - please be in limelight and use different media mediums otherwise they
will try their every bit to suppress your videos or voice so try to be versatile and focus more on zenG.. Hari Om and happy vijaydashmi, i hope this evil of bad campaigning be destroyed sooner🙏

    Good one.
With economic growth, we need to be extremely conscious consumers.
We have legislation in this regard, that is, the Consumer Protection Act . There are consumer courts. However miles to go.
We need huge consumer awareness .

I m proud to say that I fought with school administration and "parents" against the "traditon" of distributing chocolates in birthday celebrations or little achievements in school. I was surprised that nobody raised the issue and nobody supported me that time. But I didn't listen to the criticisms and now they have officially announced "no junk food" in school. This is one of my biggest achievements in life. ☺️🙏

When I was young we had a PG from the US stay with us over summer. She laughed when she saw us having cornflakes at breakfast. I still remember her words - She said that if you see how much sugar goes into creating this, you will never eat it. It is healthier to eat ice-cream at breakfast rather than cornflakes.
When my brother first went to the US, I saw this product called ‘I can’t believe it’s not butter’. I like the name so out of curiosity I looked at the label to see what it is made of…. I almost dropped laughing when I saw it is the cheapest margarine or the baddest quality of dalda- the highest cholesterol inducing products. I laughed because my brother was earning more but eating worse food and the marketing was convincing him that this is the best!
When my father had a heart surgery in the US, one of the first things we were taught was how to read food labels and the need to understand what they are pretending to say and what they are cleverly hiding. Sugar, sodium and salt levels, oils used … there are no guides for consumers to be able to clearly understand and comprehend what the product actually contains. And worse, the advertising creates misconceptions.
These were my personal experiences that made me be very of ads and careful about products. I still eat that biscuit and sometimes a coke. But, as Revant puts it, I know it’s an unhealthy choice so I am careful about how much I consume.
Smith is right that ice cream awareness is low. As is that of most packaged products. Your ideas of making Home Science and Health and Nutrition compulsory is such a good one. Everyone should write to the Education Ministry about this.

👋 even if people read the labels but still are there any other good options can be opted in India ?
Because all of the companies in India are following almost same ingredients with giving different names - so it is very difficult to get good products without stricter laws and following up of those ( with proper scrutiny)

But sadly I was diabetic coz when in India I was doing night shifts and I got addicted to eating out a lot and packed products...
But i had a good habit..i check what I buy and their ingredients in the back ...
And for noodles..I think "Wicked Gud" noodles in India are the best..they didn't have any maida or preservatives in it..but I think one should also watch out for the sodium content

Unfortunately we don't enjoy that kind of freedom of speech in India (Just read stupid restrictions on free speech in article 19 of the constitution). So, such lawsuits are inevitable.

ABCD also matter as well regarding packaged as well, overall regulatory board works effectively unlike here in India.

See how many ads now about gutka, alcohol, fish, meat, eggs etc. There is no quality control and people are eating garbage because of constant marketing. Best to have fresh produce that is in season. Those who are busy or both parents working should share work in house. No amount of making money can be above our children's health. Eat foods closest to its nature. Also stop all roadside garbage being sold as street food AND regularly investigate all restaurants and hotel kitchens. 22:31, exactly the advertizing/marketing is such a fraud field.
