Hey, I love the video but I have some questions, I have a Fuji xs10 with a 16-80mm lens do you think this payload is too heavy for the crane M3? If it is what do you recommend, I have been looking at the rs3 mini but it’s a little more on the expensive side and I’m on a tight budget.
Hello William. One reviewer said that Zhiyun M3S motor strugle in underslung mode. Did you notice it. I need gimbal for toddler so underslung mode will be used probably most of the time. Can you recommend small gimbal that works well in this mode. I have Sony zve10. Thank you
Good comprehensive review. I have the older M3, the only complaint with A7IV is that it tends to wobble when there is mild to medium wind. I also have DJI RSC which can handle the wind but at the cost of a much larger and heavier setup, but I prefer the M3 for its compactness.
Great review as always! I have one and it's well-balanced but sometimes still vibrates when I'm aiming it down too much. Do you recommend a medium or high torque setting for a Sony ZV-E10 with the 11mm? Any advice would be appreciated bc it seems like it should hold much more from everything I've seen.
Would it handle the S5II with the LUMIX Primes? Already have the DJI RS3, but looking to get something smaller for travel, for basic movements a and motion-lapses.
Thank you! Yes, I am familiar with Weebill S, it is even shown in the video. It actually is much bigger than the Crane M3S, but it is also stronger. I have have said, it is a middle option between the Crane M3S and Weebill 3S.
@@womz8203 the left command dial on the X-S10 is customizable, yes. But a common mistake (i did that) is to think that the options are the ones that appears on the screen - it is the last page of options, moving the joystick upwards shows a lot of other options.
@@MarcioKSorry, I was actually referring to the two command dials on the front and back of the grip not the Function dial (what it's called by Fujifilm). On the X-S10 there was no way to customize the command dials on the grip. I do realize that they aren't pressable/clickable like on the X-T cameras, but it would still be nice to be able to customize which dial sets aperture and which dial sets shutter speed. I hope this is possible on the X-S20.

Great review as usual. Only thing that I wanted Zyiyun to do (in fact, was a deal breaker for me) is that I wanted a black version. The white color brings a lot of attention, which is undesirable in travel videos. About the X-S20 (your review is one that I waiting the most): I wonder if you can confirm the very strange situations in crop factor regarding 10-bit video in DCI and 4k. The X-T4 could record 10-bit 4:2:0 video in 30/25/24p in 4k and DCI using H.265 400mbps with no crop. The X-S20, with the same sensor and a much better processor, according to the Fujifilm documentation, only could record DCI and 4K video using 10bit 4:2:2 360mbps (lower bitrate) in 30/25/24p with a 1.1 (with DIS enable) or 1.18x (without DIS enabled). The subsampling is better, but the bitrate is lower than the X-T4, but even with a better processor, now the camera have a crop with 10bit? And why you have a BIGGER crop without DIS enabled? Is very strange and very illogical. Ok, you could have no crop with open gate 6.2k, but with open gate you don´t have oversampling - a test quality comparing open gate and DCI/4k would be great too. Thanks in advance.
It can shoot 4K 10-bit 4:2:2 up to 30p with no crop, there seems to be a mistake in the specs list. 360 Mbps is already an overkill for HVEC + keep in mind that the X-S line is positioned below X-T, so asking for higher bitrate wouldn´t be reasonable. It can´t downsample 6.2K because it already uses full sensor resolution.
Thats funny how you used 'open gate' and 'no oversampling' in a conflicting way Also while the less crop in dis is weird - it is due to fuji's ibis warping a lot if it covers end to end ( such as on a wide angle lens ) , the dis allows fuji to still use the edge due to it being stabilized digitally Atleast thats the hopeful logical explanation
BE AWARE that the M3S and X-S20 are *not* currently able to connect via Bluetooth. This review indicated the opposite, and I'm honestly pretty frustrated to have gotten this pair and have it not work.

My pleasure! No, I would not. Weebill 3S is ideal for that.

Probably not. You may be able to get it to work, but there would be performance limitations.
Could you also fit a lens in that bag?
smoothest footage I have seen with this gimbal
Would you recommend this for the Fuji XT5 with Fuji xf33mm f1.4 as well as Sony A7C with FE 55mm F1.8?
For occasional use, I would. For more frequent use I would go with Weebill 3S instead.
Great review.
