Coach Ryan, I like your video. It is informative but I suggest Coach Ryan can speak slowly or pause sometimes so that the audiences can understand easily Coach’s advices. Sometimes I need to play the video at 0.25 speed to see what coach is doing… Maybe Coach can break down moves into smaller chunks? And also try to edit or be slow a bit so audiences can follow.

R2bball may have a different answer, but I'd recommend keeping your shooting in closer and practicing proper form. As you're improving your set point and form you can always be working on your footwork!
