I have a bobcat 963 which has the same control valve as the one you just reseal, I did the same thing you did because it doesn't produce enough pressure, replaced the pump on as well and still haven't fixed the issue... Getting ready to give up on it.

What’s the serial number on your machine? Depending on your unit it could be two or three other things
