New subbie here :) So grateful I discovered your channel. I always wondered if I should change the name of my previous job titles to match the job. I have been putting the job title in the job description. I'll definitely check out the resume video and template because my resume is 3 pages and I have jobs listed going back to 2005 :( lol

You can capture the entire 13 years of experience…but only go into detail about your 4-5 most recent experiences and the others can just be placed in a comma separated list where you write your title, company and years you worked there. You’d place this line directly under your most recent experiences. Example: HR Coordinator, ABC Company, 2017-2019; HR Analyst, DEF Company, 2016-2017; Recruiter, ZZZ Company, 2013-2016

My resume has all of these things. The only thing I can think of is the way it's written.
