You totally transformed her. So well done. Hubby and I decided, literally last night, we are going to do the long van trip. Have a van, just need to start planning. ☺🌻
Absoutly awesome make over my son and family achieved, so much done over a short amount of time....now it's time to enjoy touring our fabulous Oz love and miss you guys mum.xx
@@luciapps we don't actually have a tutorial on the metal work other than what you saw in the video, but basically it was just 1,200 x 2,400 sheets of aluminium chequerplate, cut down to size and shape with a jigsaw and angle grinder, then attached with Sikaflex and pop rivets. It was a massive job, so be prepared!
Hi Goodcam, After sanding, we rolled on a marine 2 pack primer (2 coats), then a few days later, we rolled on a 2 pack white gloss. It was a high quality marine paint specifically for yachts etc. We used a process called rolling and tipping to get a good glossy finish (instead of spray painting). Hope this helps 👍
You did a great job with this.
@@Steve-jq4st she scrubbed up nice! 🚌

I don’t know how you did it but you did it!
Hi Guys, I was wondering what process you did to repaint the fibreglass exterior of the motorhome?
Hi Goodcam,
After sanding, we rolled on a marine 2 pack primer (2 coats), then a few days later, we rolled on a 2 pack white gloss. It was a high quality marine paint specifically for yachts etc. We used a process called rolling and tipping to get a good glossy finish (instead of spray painting).

Very impressive, how much did it cost you to do this big job?
Too much, but priceless. We love it. You never stop spending money on them….but at least we’re using it.
