•1 large Onion (roughly chopped)
•1 bulb of Garlic
•2 inch Ginger slice (peel & cut)
•5-6 Red & Green Chillies
•1/2cup Fresh Coriander & Mint Leaves
•950g (1kg) mince Mutton (you can use lamb of beef)
•1tbsp Red chili powder
•2tsp Red chilli flakes
•1tbsp Coriander powder
•1tbsp Cumin powder
•1tsp Garam Masala (all spice powder)
•1tsp Chat Masala
•1/2tsp Baking soda
•2tbsp Lemon juice
•1 1/2tsp Salt or as your taste
•Oil for frying
