As this is kinda a replica of Adana kebab, no spices are included apart from paprika. Other versions include some other spices but are called differently.

All the flavors are similar to my native Mexican food. It looks so good!
Oo mouth watering. Love from Pakistan🇵🇰
I am your new subscriber and I like your recipes because they are very easy to make and tasteful.🤗
Seems like.. Adana kebab..
Perfect! Thank you!🌺
Yes, it is also called chicken adana 😉
Looks amazing! I’ll have to try this! I can see the lamb fat will help make the chicken moist and adds another layer of flavor
Yes, it totally transforms the flavor and the texture.
Yummm! Hello from Boston ❤
Can i add diced onions too?
What does Turkish Chile flakes consist of? If I can’t find it what else can I use in place of it? Thank you your food always looks delicious!
It is mainly sun dried chili flakes without the seeds. It is very similar to gochugaru (Korean chili flakes) and almost the same with Aleppo peppers.
Google "crushed pepper flakes"
Excellent recipe and content
Can I cook this directly on the grill grates?
Yes, sure 👍
Is there any alternate fat we use then lamb fat?
Lamb fat gives a signature flavor but you can also try beef fat, chicken fat or even butter.
If you're not religious, lard works great.
Dilicious , greetz from Holland
Bedankt, blij dat je het leuk vindt!
Can I substitute the lamb for something else ?
If you are referring to the lamb fat, it gives the signature flavor, but you can also use other fats, even a bit of butter for the flavor.
Divine!
Wow its look good ...simple...but when it's gone to spices....how come u didn't put any garlic, cumin, coriander, black pepper???
